Was a indigogo supporter, and now it doesn’t work.....
Worried about my pet
Have been working from home and haven’t needed to use my Furbo. Of course, today, the day that I went back to work, the app is not working. It was able to connect while I was at home next to it but now no connection. My pet is disabled and I am beyond worried that I cannot check on her. Had I known I needed this new, terrible app, I would have ordered a different brand camera before today.

Awful!
As many have stated, this “upgrade” does not even work, rendering our Furbo completely un functional!
Trouble with receiving app
Having trouble signing on Furbo app just to get it in my phone question why? Once had it in my phone moved you into a different room plugged it in and I can’t get the app to come back into my phone how do I download your app? I have an iPhone

This app will not connect. As others have said- the original Furbo supporters have been thrown aside like trash. Time to buy a new camera- I can guarantee it won’t be Furbo. I will never buy, nor recommend it again.

I was among the original supporters of Furbo through Indiegogo & have highly recommended to others that have purchased it. It’s been great for checking in on our fur babies whenever we’re away from home. I appreciated their efforts to improve the quality of the app over the years & at their request participated in surveys to provide input in that regard. I’m very disappointed & extremely unhappy that with the latest app update Furbo blocked me & all of its early supporters from continuing to use their app. We’ve been relegated to this crappy one that’s difficult to sign onto, has connection issues & poor picture quality. What an awful way to treat loyal supportive customers!!

No connection!
My Furbo will not connect on this new software! We depend on this. Please FIX IT!
Haven’t had any issues so far
Just recently migrated to the new app and it took a sec to connect but haven’t had any problems with it yet. Images might be a little clearer even.
Definitely will keep an eye out for issues since there seems to be a lot of negative reviews.

Furbo sold out it’s original customers
With this terrible replacement app, Furbo & Tomtom have shown their utter disrespect for their original customers who made the product a success. Why on earth did they feel the need to break something that worked fine? When Apple screwed their older iPhone users, customers sued. Seems like a class action suit could be in order?

Absolutely awful
If their goal was to take something that worked for years w/out issues and make it a piece of crap, well then they nailed it. You would think 20+ 1 star reviews would tell them that they did an awful job with this and they would be fixing it. Now I can’t get to my Furbo camera after 4 years of never having any issues.

Thrown out like trash
Yes, it finally happened. The dreaded update that kicked me out of my Furbo. The one I bought almost immediately upon its release. I’ve read about it over the years in Amazon reviews and in the Furbo Facebook group. I dread every update, wondering when it was going to happen to me. Today was the day, folks! And on my birthday. Looooove 2020. As expected, Furbo customer service was CRAP. I initially recommended the Furbo to everyone and many of my friends and colleagues bought one on my recommendation. And now because I’m not willing to pay a monthly fee, thrown out as yesterday’s trash. Shame on you, Furbo. Shame.

I agree with all the other reviews. I’ve had multiple people purchase a furbo throughout the years. Now I can’t access the app, and instead get re-routed to this app which 1)seems like a scam with the sketchy name... not having ANYTHING to do with Furbo and 2) I swear makes the quality of my camera looks worse. Very disappointed in you Furbo...

I never had a big issue in 4 years until they changed the app assuming for older devises without letting customers know.

Absolute garbage, and typical of a company that won’t support their legacy products. I will NEVER buy anything from Furbo again
