Frustrating
On my first day leaving my dog at home while I go to work, no connectivity on the app, even though I tested it out before leaving the house. Total fail.
Cannot disable pet diary notifications
I can’t disable the daily pet diary notifications without disabling all notifications which is really annoying! The option to do it simply doesn’t exist.
Battery drainer
It’s useful but will stay very active in the background. This app uses 30 to 40% of my battery
Bugs
I cannot reset the password via the app and I’m trying to figure out another way. It keeps giving me error code 504. Very frustrating.
Not recording properly
It’s been fine for a few months, but occasionally the app refuses to show active caught moments, it says it’s caught activity yet it comes up with “no events”.
