繋がりません。メアド、パスワードを何度か変更し試しましたが、ダメでした。もう面倒なので違う機種を購入することにしました。残念です。
Frustrating
On my first day leaving my dog at home while I go to work, no connectivity on the app, even though I tested it out before leaving the house. Total fail.

Cannot disable pet diary notifications
I can’t disable the daily pet diary notifications without disabling all notifications which is really annoying! The option to do it simply doesn’t exist.

iPhone17pro（ios26）に変えてからマイクの音声が入らなくなりました。アプリ内設定、iPhone本体設定でもマイクはオンになっています。また、ボイスメモ等のアプリでは音声が入りますので本体の故障ではないです。家族のiPhoneからは音声が入り、私のiPhoneのみ音声が入りません。iPhone17に非対応なのか不明ですがこれでは困ります。至急改善を求めます。

Battery drainer
It’s useful but will stay very active in the background. This app uses 30 to 40% of my battery
Bugs
I cannot reset the password via the app and I’m trying to figure out another way. It keeps giving me error code 504. Very frustrating.
Not recording properly
It’s been fine for a few months, but occasionally the app refuses to show active caught moments, it says it’s caught activity yet it comes up with “no events”.
Failed product
If the app doesn’t work, then the camera itself certainly won’t. Good luck getting more than a few months of use out of it before it disconnects from your WiFi and refuses to ever connect to a network again. All 3 of mine experienced this exact issue.
Device refuses to connect
I’ve bought 3 of these, all had their Wi-Fi boards fail after ~3 months and become unusable. Truly a terrible product, no idea why they didn’t just use the same existing technology and app as their very good security cameras.
Won’t log in
It keeps logging me out, and everytime I try to reset the password it keeps saying reset link expired, now im not able to login because to many attempts.
No notifications ios18
Getting no notifications after iOS 18 update. Please fix.
Some features missing for the pro model
It would be nice to have multi pet profiles/diaries, so I know which dog or cat is in front of the camera with the notifications.
Also, it would be nice to link it with Google Home so it’s with all my other smart eufy and home products.
Another feature that would be nice. Is have the camera turn on when we are not home automatically. I understand there’s a scheduling feature, but it would be nice to have the camera turn on automatically while I’m not here.

No way to “Select *All*” notifications and mark as seen.
I could have sworn there used to be a way to mark all notifications as seen across multiple days, without deleting them. There are multiple clips that I know are uninteresting or are just clips of *me* walking by. I have to go through each day one at a time and delete them. As soon as you open the app it clears the notifications badge on the icon but the next time you get even one the badge is back with an ever-increasing number. I can’t keep up.

Can’t connect to wifi
Don’t bother downloading this app or even buying a Eufy pet camera product. All 3 of ours fail to connect to any WiFi network in any location. Almost seems like they’re selling an expensive scam of a device.
Crashes phone
About every third time I use the app it crashes my phone completely. Black screen, unusable for about 2-3 minutes.
