You have to keep the owner unit app open on your phone otherwise it disconnects.
Still buggy
Even with restarts on the sending/receiving devices the program is buggy and has ongoing connection issues bit works but one needs to be patient for all the cycles reconnections. I wish they’d fix it.

You get a FIVE MINUTE free trial and then it makes you pay to use. Doesn’t stay connected unless both of your devices are in the same room. Complete waste of money.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and valuable insights. Where did you get 5 minutes from? You have a 3-day trial version available (when activating an annual subscription), which is enough time to properly test all features. Then it is entirely up to you whether you cancel the trial period in time or let it convert to a standard subscription. As for connecting both devices to the internet, you don't have to be in the same room. The app works not only on Wi-Fi but also on mobile data, so pairing and monitoring can take place over much greater distances. Thank you for your understanding. Buddy Dog Monitor team

No les recomiendo que gasten su dinero en esta aplicación tarda horas para conectarse y si llevas prisa para ir a tu trabajo ni siquiera puedes conectarlo ayer por la mañana la conecté pero hoy que intenté dejarlo prendido no sirvió no se los recomiendo para nada

very good app during trial. SIgned up for the weekly but there must be a bug where i can't verify my email and login to other devices.

Not only is it not free - suckers you in to a 3 day trial ONLY, U am completely confused what the heck is going on snd how to even set it up. There’s random codes to remember, pairing of other devices… I gave up

На второй день после оплаты подписки тупо перестало работать, отличное приложение.
NOT free, must subscribe
No where when you download it does it say you MUST have a subscription in order to view camera. I set it all up on my IPad and tried to use my phone as owner unit and a pop up took over the screen demanding I sign up. They won’t let you click anything or view anything without signing up. They offer a 3 day free trial, but you MUST add your card and subscribe. It should be clearly stated that app is NOT free and you must subscribe in order to use basic features.

Never worked unless right next to my other device which defeats the whole purpose. 1 star is far too generous.

I got it free on the App Store but then they made me pay 7 cents per day just a to use it and also would it probably tell you if it cost something????????
It’s good but there’s one thing..
Overall, it’s great but sometimes my puppy gets confused when I say her name when she’s doing something bad
Professional night vision
I love this app because it can look after Kira,my dog and Sanchez,my cat and they are both teenagers and they both have a bad behavior at night so I'm so glad you made this app. I'm very satisfied. Thank you. Love Becky xxx
Update stopped app from working
I just updated the app on myniphone and it doesn't want to open anymore. I deleted the app, restarted the phone. Nothing works. The the same thing happened on my computer...
Extremely unreliable.
App crashes constantly, if it opens at all. Waste of my money.
