Why pay for this
I pay for the monthly services but the app won’t load anything so I have to keep removing the app and reinstalling. It might work for a day and then stops. I would like a refund.

Not worth the purchase at all.
After purchasing the camera was very disappointed to find out that to get sound notifications (when your dog barks) would be an additional £10 a month so £120 a year? Think this function should be the bare minimum in camera functionality. No mention of this on the box of the camera, will be returning asap.

To many ads for their subscription
The app prioritises showing ads for features locked behind a subscription than showing you the cameras when opening the app.
Even after paying for the subscription they still show more ads for other features they sell.
If I was looking for cameras again I’d look elsewhere where first.

Bad design
Bad stupid design of the app, I tried contacting them but they don’t have a phone #, when you open the app first time you won’t be able to use the laser, you have to close it and open it again to be able to do it, if they don’t fix this issue I’ll be returning the product to Costco for a refund ! Thank God I got it from Costco where there is unlimited return days policy!
