Waste of money
I do not recommend the petcube app nor the petcam 360.
It worked ok for a few weeks then had a connection fail and I was never able to reconnect it despite trying their little troubleshooting reconditions.
While it work it was nice been able to see that our puppy was doing ok. But there is nothing great about it. The communication through the microphone When trying to listen or talk is useless and lagging.

App needs constantly deleted and re installed
Initially great but connecting the app to camera is becoming a daily battle I have to delete it to re install it daily to connect to the camera and there is no way to just directly contact them on here just trouble shooting useless info
Problems
When I first got this, it was great. But now I will go look at the recordings and for some reason it hasn’t recorded for the past 1, 2, 3 or some times 5 hours. What’s the purpose of having this device/app if I can see what I need to see. I reported this problem but no resolution
App keeps logging me out , keeps asking me to subscribe
Long time user and the app has been pretty good over the years but lately it’s been logging me out after every session. It’s so frustrating. I’ve looked for settings to “keep me logged in” but can’t find anything.
Also the relentless paid subscription requests are getting old. I can’t afford to subscribe so please stop asking me to. I bought 3 cameras that should be enough. Let us opt out of the subscription requests

Bought a camera for my pets and all this does is try and make you subscribe and get more of your money. No thanks. Returning camera tomorrow
Login problems
The app keeps logging me out for some reason. I’ve used Petcube for almost a year now.
Connected to strangers camera
Installed the update and logged into my account. There’s a camera connected under my username but somehow it was connecting to someone else’s home camera. Huge screw up and privacy security concern.
Works occasionally, hate new home screen
Three major things to note as a non subscription customer: 1) This device is very finicky with wifi. If you are not in the same area, much less building, but are STILL connected to a stable wifi, you WILL have slow connection to the app and have high chances of getting error messages (THIS CAN STILL HAPPEN IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME AREA AS THE CAMERA). 2) Two people CANNOT open the camera at the same time. You WILL get an error message. 3) Before, you would automatically be able to tap on the live feed option upon app launch. NOW, you will land on a “Home” screen, which is JUST ADS. This is by far the worst change to this unstable app. Now the app takes much longer to launch, and once it does, you’re met with an ad before you can even access the live feed to see your pet. I hope enough people can complain so this ridiculous home screen and blatant attempt at getting more money from customers for a poor quality service (see other reviews from subscribed customers) can be removed. Customers just want to launch the app and immediately see their pet. It is an app to a live feed camera and should be usable as such. Disappointing product, unfortunate that when it works it’s fine, but more than half of the time something is wrong.

Cannot connect to wifi!
I’ve set the wifi to 2.4hz, made a whole new wifi, disabled my 5hz wifi entirely, tried hot spotting through phone. Everything and it keeps saying the wifi is not 2.4ghz when it definitely is. Useless product cannot use it, wasted hours trying to fix this issue. Will be returning it to Harvey Norman never purchasing this brand again. Buyer beware.

Doesn’t Work on Apartment Wi-Fi (2.4GHz Only)
This app/device combination does not work on many modern Wi-Fi setups.
The camera requires a 2.4 GHz network with specific router settings (like separate SSIDs), which many apartment internet systems (such as AT&T Fiber) do not allow you to control.
In my case, the device connected once and worked briefly, then stopped and would not reconnect. The app consistently fails at the final setup stage with a network error, even when using the correct Wi-Fi credentials.
Support confirmed this is a known limitation and not something a replacement would fix.
If you live in an apartment or use provider-managed Wi-Fi, be aware this may not work at all.

Good with minor issues
Camera controls on the app work great. I do think the app has too many ads for upgrades and such even though we payed for the product (the camera.) Also, I believe AI images are used in the app which I do not support.
Misses key moments
The amount of times it does not even capture an incident or movement is insane…ly bad.
Awful app, cameras unreliable
The app forces me to start on a dumb AI Home Screen every time I open the app. Not acceptable. And the cameras miss at least 50% of my cat’s activity (if not more). Disappointed in my investment in this product line.
Money hungry
Got this device years ago for a substantial price. Years later I can’t use the device that I once paid for because we have to pay monthly fees. Such a rip off!

Do not buy waste of money subscription required
You sell cheap cameras in the hopes of people can watch their puppies or kittens while at work you guys are streaming their feed and watching their movements while charging people money for the safety their own animals rip off rip off rip off scammers

Unbelievable— just stopped being able to use this because I don’t have 2.4 internet?? What a waste of money. Worst purchase ever and totally unacceptable

Unable to set up account via App or Website. Wasted hours. Therefore petcube360 product unusable.
Video playback and live watch is terrible
Title says it all. Playback skips like crazy so there is no point in paying for history and the live feature is horrendous too. It’s been like 6 years and they haven’t improved anything lol. Going to cancel soon tbh I’m just losing money at this point.
