Easy to Use App for Dog Walkers Running Small Businesses
As someone who started dog walking through Rover and then wanted a better way to manage my own clients, this app has been great. The interface is simple and easy to use, and the GPS tracking and walk logs make it easy to show clients exactly what happened during the walk.
One thing I really like is that clients don’t need to download an app. They can just get the walk reports by text or email, which makes things much easier.
It’s been a really helpful tool for running my dog walking business and building trust with clients.

Loved it before the updates
I love this app, but I wish you could still export your itemized walks to the old PDF, not Excel. There were fewer steps, and it was much more user-friendly. If there is still a way to do this, please share it with me. I am already choosing the “old way” option, but it continues downloading to Excel.

No emails please
The pet profile cannot be completed without adding an email for the pet parents. An email is sent when the walk starts and when the walk ends. As a dog walker, I send my clients an update via text when our walk is completed sending two emails for each walk can quickly become annoying to my clients

I own a dog walking business and I love this app as well as my clients. I have clients tell me all the time how much they love receiving detailed updates and how much they love Doggy Logs in general!the GPS tracking is very accurate and it allows you to add so many details as well as notes. Im so happy they allow you to send videos now! That was my only complaint before (you could only send photos). I’ve been using this app for a couple years and have always been happy sending photos with this app along with all the details of our walk, but it just got even better now that we can send videos too!

Wow! Awesome for any dog owner.
I’ve been hearing about this app for years… and haven’t been taking my dog for walks *shame!!*. So, I finally decided I’d get down to business and try it out! Super simple to use, beautiful interface. You can use it for your own dog, or as a dog walker, adding as many pets as you need! There are lots of other options available for dog walkers/sitters, I can see. But for me, it will be highly motivational just to see the walk/distance/time I walked, and track how I improve both mine and my pups health!!

Been using Doggy Logs for years for my dog walking and car sitting business. It’a a great tool whether you’re a one person business or have contractors (I’ve done it both ways).
Waiting for an update
The gps is currently not working. It’s unfortunate because I use this app as a selling point for my business. Please update and fix ASAP!
Wish it had a phone number option
As a professional dog walker, I’ve been looking for an app to track my walks. This is by far my favorite I’ve found, however I can’t use it because it does not have an option to text the owner instead of email. Hopefully it can be added one day.
My favorite app
I’ve tried a few apps with a similar purpose, and this one is by far the best. Super easy to use, and I just love the cute graphics. I use it to share our doggy walks with our family, but I have also sold my dog walker on it. Everyone loves it!

Not happy with this at all, $120 dollars is a lot of money and if you offer a free trial it should be for the full service not just 2 dogs.
Also, walks only recorded for 3 weeks then erased completely..
They have now also taken another automatic payment for a full year without any email to tell me it’s going to be renewed. But send an email receipt funnily enough. Awful company will be advising as many people to avoid as possible.

Whether you’re walking or boarding this app is so easy to use, my customers love receiving the walks and photos and I can also know I have dropped off or collected their dog. I send texts if they’re in the UK or email if they’re abroad all automatically at the end of the walk. If they’re abroad I get the text and copy the link into Watts APP for them in case there are charges for them receiving texts. You can add as many phone numbers or email to the one customer as you chose. If you have any queries just email them and they respond. At today’s date you can subscribe for 12 months through their site and get 2 free months. Nothing to lose as you get 2 dogs to trial free, highly recommended from a UK user.

Excellent dog walking app! 5⭐️
I am a full time dog walker and this app is the best I’ve used. It’s cost effective and provides my clients with all the information they need/want. The subscription fee is nominal compared to other apps.

Can't rave about Doggy Logs enough. I was looking for an all encompassing gps tracking tool to keep my new and existing clients connected during walks. The Doggy Logs app offers my pet parents a piece of mind and additional security when entrusting their loved ones to my care. It's also super easy, well built and fun to use. I’m a full time dog walker and myself and my staff have been using this app since it was first available almost four years ago now. It’s definitely the best app out there for dog walkers as it’s GPS tracking, photo option, check list and note section are just a few of the perks. My customers love receiving their daily emails after we visit their fur babies, giving them peace of mind that their pets are happy and safe. Moreover, I love the apps ease of use and the fact that it holds myself and my walkers accountable, keeping us on track in order to provide the best service for my customers and our pets. Furthermore, whenever a problem arises, and they are few and far between, Lauren and Paul are extremely prompt in responding, always resolving the issue. While there are other less expensive apps out there, this app is #1 and my staff and customers would certainly agree!

Excellent!
We started using this app about 3 years ago as "a little extra", but it's much more than that ! Clients love it (so do we) and it has become a major part of what makes our services and brand stand out from the rest. Regular updates bring us feature upgrades we didn’t even realise we needed and it shows how much thought and effort the team are making on our behalf. I really hope the developers will continue to add new features and tweak the app even more, but quite honestly it's an essential part of our business. It's proven to be extremely reliable, easy to use and did I mention how much clients love getting their pups daily email updates. Very deserving of the five star review I've given. This is the first time I've ever even been inspired enough to write a review, so that in itself says something about how highly I rate Doggy logs doesn't it.

If you have more than 2 dogs, there is a MONTHLY subscription fee. I would prefer a one time purchase.

I know it's ruff that we have to charge for more than 2 pets, but we use the money to hire top dogs to continually improve the app. By using Doggy Logs, your business will stand out from the competition and you'll have more loyal customers.
Excellent App! Won't Disappoint!!!
This app is incredible! So many features. All you have to do is input yours or your clients info into the back end of the app. Once that is done you choose the pet and hit start. The graphics are fun and the GPS tracking is outstanding. The notifications get sent directly to the client with GPS dog paw foot prints highlighting the entire route, plus pictures, exact start and stop time and fun graphics to represent #1 or #2 potty breaks along the way. The developer Paul, was always available and answered all my questions/emails in a very timely manner. If you are managing or own a small/med/large pet sitting business or you are just walking your own dog around the block. You want to give this app a try.
