They are running some sort of scam.. you might not have access to your balances after your first time use it’s a noticeable pattern with them. Create new account works well when you find afterwards they don’t let you access your funds

This Blord company is nothing but a scam feeding off people’s hard-earned money. How can someone deposit over $80, only for the virtual card not to work, and then be left with no solution, no explanation, and no proper support?
This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers trust your platform with their money, yet when problems arise, you fail to take responsibility or provide a timely resolution. Keeping people’s funds locked while offering excuses instead of solutions is unfair and disrespectful.
If you cannot provide a functioning service, then you should immediately refund customers’ money. No one should have to chase support endlessly just to access funds that belong to them. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and has seriously damaged any trust I had in your company.

I recharged with $15 and I make use of the card on T-Mobile it was complete and declined, it shows me that they gave reverse the payment but no I couldn’t get the money… Guys be careful they are scammer
Customer service refuses to refund after failed transaction.
I used my card to purchase online and was stopped by the payment getaway saying my card is as been cautioned high risk and i got refunded to the app but the customer service won’t make the refund available to my own account for over a month now I believe it’s same thing they do to others, wish makes it a fraudulent app without regulation.

Scammy Charges and Useless Service
Terrible experience with this app. They placed a useless charge on my account, then terminated my card without me even making a payment. To make things worse, they try to charge extra just to create a new card. Once you put money in, it gets stuck — no proper way to withdraw or access your own funds. Very frustrating and feels like a scam. Avoid this app if you value your money and peace of mind.

First this card will always decline if I want to use for Apple Pay and you will still charge me 0.40 dollars for failed transactions. Omo y’all are just thieves. I have used this card twice now and all the time it has been so useless and total waste of money way I no even get.
