App not showing
Unable to re-download app after it was deleted. When searching to reinstall, only says open.
Great but it’s never updated
I use the app for real time checking of my account. The text checks aren’t always the best. I also USED TO use the widget that keeps your balance refreshed at a glance but that became outdated before iOS 18.0 (those keeping track, we’re on iOS 26.4.1). I kept my old phone on the oldest iOS version I could to keep that feature but iOS has just forced the updates about a week ago. Now I won’t have that. It’s a shame because most other banks offer that.

Doesn't work. Absolute garbage app.
Trying to deposit a check. Amount is written clearly and legibly on the check. Enter the amount, app won't deposit it. Says it is the wrong amount. This happens - ALL THE TIME. Fix this trash application.
Horrible app
The app is going to destroy this bank. The app lags horribly with connecting or even launching. You have to enter your login info numerous times and HOPE it moves to the next screen. The constant having to confirm yourself with passcodes is ridiculous when the device is recognized. You can be connected to your home WiFi or even just a regular tower and it still has a major delay or buffer. Please get this fixed before people leave over inaccessibility issues.

Dollar bank mobile app
By far the worst banking app I’ve ever used, absolutely none of the features work. Especially the online check deposit. Now with the IOS 26 update I can’t even log into the app anymore

Not a fan of the app
The app is terrible. I lock my card and then you can’t log in for HOURS. Or the card part is loading for hours!! I would love a budget assistance. Dollar Bank is not evolving with the other banks and it’s sad. I have had Dollar Bank since National City closed. I need more budgeting support! The bill pay process is actually HORRIBLE! My bill was lost in the mail, was never informed and my late fees weren’t covered off of a mistake that they made.

Display Issue
I am using this app on a Mini IPad and part of the display is cut off. It will show transactions but the resulting balance is not displaying. You can see part of it but can’t access it.
Stay away
This must be the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I’ve told them more than a handful of times that I am living internationally for the summer. Yet, they flag everything for fraud and decline all my transactions. I’ve called them over 10 times for many different issues and they still can’t get it figured out. I am so so infuriated, because I need my money and they are keeping it from me after telling them many many times that I am the one making these transactions. Horrible, horrible! I am taking my service to another bank.

Too slow
Has great features but the app is so slow and frequently crashes. I’ve duplicated payments thinking they didn’t go through the first time because the pp crashed or froze mid transaction.
Constantly not saving my info
I can’t get into my dollar bank account everytime i try and use it because they constantly delete out my Face ID

App was nice before. Just did update and app will not open.
Banking for old people
The ‘new’ app feels like windows 2000. The backs rob you. The customers lick your boots because they’re peasants that see you above them. What’s there to like about the entire experience… I can’t find a thing. Insert your canned response below… they can’t even hire a human with all that money they steel. This bank is trash, and the fanboys and girls are pathetic.

Experience
Its always nice to have an mobile banking app, but what isn’t nice is the smoothness of the app. Its almost janky, I find loading at unnecessary times, or would load for ever. Cash app has an infinitely faster and better app, there shouldn’t be such a gap between the two when one of them is an actual bank. Security is good everything requires you to either receive a text message, call, or email to verify, but I do wish some was optional. Gets very annoying when getting spammed by text messages. There should also be an option to copy and paste your card number. Hope y’all understand and implement more and greater features, or at minimum optimize the current existing ones.

Won’ t let me log in
Username and password are correct. Keeps telling me to call the bank yet I can log into the site online. I can not do my mobile deposit because of this. Fix this please, thank you.
