App does not work. Our photos do not download.
Great experience
App worked great. Got pictures and videos instantly on iPhone. Samsung/Android seems to take a little longer.

You can download your photos but cannot download or watch the videos
Trash App
App is garbage. Pictures are overpriced. Of the 11 pictures, there were basically 3 that were different, all for 150$ and they wouldn’t even give us the printed photo that’s supposed to come with the package.

Terrible app
I purchased photos that I cannot access after several days of trying to log in. All I get is an error.
It does what expected!
Instructions was little bit confusing but after downloading the app everything works as planned. I got my precious pictures and that’s what matters!
Bad app
I still haven’t been able to access any of my photos! The app just constantly says unable to communicate or something like that. Try later. 3 days later, nothing. Over $300 for photos and I can’t see a one! No email link either👎🏻👎🏻
As advertised
Their system for cards was down. Provided me with a receipt to email back and option was PC or this app to download pictures. Sent the email, paid, and received a code. All the pictures were there and downloaded with no issues. Yes it was pricy (230 USD for a family of 4 ) but it was also (in my case) about 90 pictures. Easy to work with and memories we will always have.

HORRIBLE
Trying to download the pictures I spent A LOT of money on. Keeps saying “communication error” and nothing happens. When I tried using the email address I was given from dolphin memories, it says “address not found.”
I wasted more than one dollars AND I am deeply upset to not receive the photos from our memories and time with the dolphins.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work and the website doesn’t either. I paid $62 for photos I can’t even get….. Not gonna lie, I’m upset.

I paid the $120 for the picture bundle, sent the receipt the man told me to take a picture of and now they’re saying they can’t activate my code for my pictures that I PAID for. It’s outrageous, never go to SELVATICA. Scammed me out of $120.

Great experience, all photos downloaded ok, however the videos I’ve made within the app will not download.

Photos downloaded in a flash everything was clean and perfect!
Requires use in store
They had to put me on the store WiFi (don’t know if they prefer the 5G speed- cause I told him I had cell service). The scan feature is for the receipt barcode. Had to wait inside the store until the pictures were 100% downloaded. It automatically went to my iPhone picture gallery and the photo quality was great. Cost me $140 for 35 digital photos (mostly repeated or similar shots-maybe 6 or 8 were distinct enough) and two printed pictures.

Works perfectly
Took all of 3 seconds to scan the barcode provided on the receipt, and then it took maybe 1 minute to download everything? Great experience, would recommend!
Download photos while still at dolphin experience centre
The app it self works as expected. The key point is to make sure you get your photo voucher validated while still at the dolphin centre and start the download into the app of the photos using their free WiFi. Any issues the staff at the photo counter can sort out there and then. Only other note is that when you save the photos from this app into your iOS Photos app it will save down to a new album called DolphinDiscovery and not into you Library. You can easily move the photos into your Library afterwards in the Photo app.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
The place was disgusting and way overpriced. My family and I decided it was far too gross and ridiculous (so many people) that we asked for a refund (before we even got in the water/swam with the dolphins) heck, they hadn’t even started to head towards the dolphins! I also asked for photos. So, since my family and I decided we were not going to do it, we asked for a refund. They denied us! They provided NO SERVICES and I got no refund; SCAM! I tried to get my money back, but it did not work. So I asked them if I could at least get my photo money back (no photos were taken) and they said no. WHAT?! So I ended up getting scammed around $400 USD!! Basically what came out of this “dolphin adventure” was me forcefully donating money to a dolphin abuse tourist trap. …apologies for bad writing.
