Horrible app or product haven’t yet decided cant seem to switch modes on the dolphin should probably add an option for that on the app eventually

I like the concept of the dolphin but really like the polarize better. If the power goes off so does the dolphin. Sometimes it’s a week before you realize it’s not running on schedule. Every review is spot on about the app. I will never get those minutes back trying to get it to work. I was hoping for notifications, to be able to control the cleanings remotely….nope!

The app is very buggy and connection fails despite being close the power supply.

I can’t get anywhere with this app. From the looks of the reviews I’m not alone. I’m not even getting into the issue’s other than the app just does not work. I do really like the Dolphin pool cleaner but this app will make you bang your head on a brick wall.
Doesn’t work
I try to log in with my dealer log in because we are repeatedly having issues with the active series cleaners but i keep getting an error message. Will be calling maytronics customer support about both issues today because it’s impossible to get rep out here
