App is useless
You press ‘Start Learning’ and the only place it takes you to is ‘Allow notifications’. There’s nothing pressable there, so all you can do is return to the start. I’ve never found an app with just 2 pages before.

They Won’t work with you.
I signed up for a 30-day Domestika Plus trial and missed the cancellation deadline. The receipt did disclose that I would be charged $329 after the trial, so I’m not claiming the charge was unauthorized. However, I contacted Domestika immediately after the renewal, canceled the subscription, and asked for a one-time courtesy refund because I had not intended to continue. Support cited their no-refund policy and then did not respond to my escalation request. I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service for a $329 annual charge.

Beware the subscription trap
Highly devious business that uses deliberate dark patterns to trap you into, then enforce a subscription model that is excessively overpriced. Don’t trust them with holding any credit card or bank information as it is extremely difficult to get them to surrender it.
False advertising
Domestika advertises a course at a very low promotional price, such as $1 or $2, and the customer believes they are purchasing that individual course. However, they are subsequently charged for a Domestika Plus subscription without being clearly aware that they have agreed to this recurring subscription or knowingly consented to the additional charge.
I have found many people from different countries reporting the same experience. I asked for a refund and they refused.
