Where’s the old app

Need to get an app that actually can find my thermostat via Bluetooth pairing. This new app does not connect to it at all, and it is not the thermostat to blame.

WiFi not available MISLEADING

to be no WiFi connection. Can only see option for Bluetooth connection. Signed up for the app as it clearly stated WiFi connectivity.

No WiFi option for AU

Have a Freshjet 7 unit in my caravan. Can connect via Bluetooth to the app however WiFi is not available in Australia due to no cloud servers available yet as advised my Dometic. If that’s the case, don’t advertise WiFi as a feature when selling the Freshjet 7. My intention was to being able to remotely control the AC from anywhere for my needs but this cannot be done at the moment

Stopped working and now won’t even pair after redownloading app

Loved it until the app stopped connecting. Pretty annoyed at paying $100 for a light and the app no longer word with it or connects.

Pairing not possible

It is impossible to get the Freshjet into pairing mode. The description in the app is for another product. Useless

Ernsthaft?

An die App-Entwickler:
Bitte denkt auch an die Camper, die hauptsächlich ein Tablet verwenden.
Eine App, die weder eine native Tablet-Auflösung und noch viel wichtiger, keinen Quer-Modus (landscape) unterstütz, ist für die Tonne!

Also bitte schleunigst nachbessern.

Nicht brauchbar

Verliert die Koppelung ständig sodass man immer neu nach dem Gerät suchen muss und dann lässt es sich seit neuestem nicht mehr verbinden. Die können einfach nichts, ebenso wie der Service, der ist einfach nur schlecht.
