App glitched out
Pizza ordered at a wrong store when app glitched and shut down. No way to contact and cancel. On hold and coupon gone. Never happened before. More ticked at not being able to cancel the order at the wrong store.

I never write reviews, but after the 15th time this has now happened, it has prompted me to wait 1 minute from scheduling my dinner in order to write this.
Why do I need to update the app every time I load into it. In the past 15 times I’ve used this app in my life, every time, required an update. It’s a Food App, it’s not that deep.

App doesn’t take AMEX
Bad payment user experience as my local store takes AMEX but the app doesn’t let you use AMEX.
Address issues
It’s really hard to find the closest store in the app! The search function is too specific and only takes exact matches so it’s really tough and takes a long time to find it.
I also hate how the coupons replace another one but you don’t know until you try to apply it. They could be greyed out if they can’t be used together.

Whenever customers switch apps at the checkout when entering card info. Keep customers on the card info page and don’t revert them back to the beginning.
My address doesn’t exist anymore
For a couple of months i am unable to order with the app because apparently they don’t deliver anymore to my address but if I call the delivery is possible. Really annoying since I cannot accumulate point and finding the coupon that is the better deal is less user friendly on the website

Great service ever time
Just wanna say thanks for the great service. Every time something is wrong with an order, you don’t argue. They take you at your word and send out what you ordered. Always appreciate that kind of service, we’re all human and we make mistakes.

App is not great terrible to navigate, impossible cash out, tried three different cards all no allowed and everytime you went to check an email or something it would erase everything you had done and you’d have to do it again
Still does not work on iPad
iPad version free pizza count is 3 while the other version takes 6. It still needs 6 but the iPads version is broken you can’t get anything.you only get error messages even after 6 orders you get messages saying you have earned 2 free pizza when it’s only one, and then it tells you you have too many coupons selected. I have contacted support and they obviously did nothing to correct this issue.this reward system use to work on iPads but the IT department broke it.they know about this issue and still have not resolved the issue.
