After visiting the restaurant I was directed to use a qr code which takes me to download the app and after struggling a bit for the connection some how managed to order through the app! I don’t know why do I have to order through an app even I visit a store/restaurant and speak to real human!!! Kinda annoying! Is it just me?

Terrible customer service
We received a burnt pizza after waiting an hour. Customer services sent a £15 voucher but this can only be applied to full priced pizzas ant not deals. By using the voucher we would pay more than having no voucher
