UX is clearly designed to make you buy more (meh), accidentally donate to their “charity” (sus, and manipulative), and then shows multiple ads once you’ve paid - the awful “You’ve won something!” scams.
Completely detracts from the brand. I used to feel dominoes meant quality and professionalism, now it feels cheap (despite the costs!).

Can’t order in store

Super expensive
Why do I have to spent a certain amount of money to get my order it’s ridiculous.
Also it’s a hit or miss with domino’s sometimes they are fast food arrives steaming hot and most times it arrives freezing cold and terrible and they don’t even offer a loyalty program which is disheartening.

Delivery expensive
£4.50 seems expensive for pizza delivery - I’d say £3 would be more suitable, especially as the pizzas themselves are very expensive
