FRAUD

WARNING: this app is all Bait & Switch they claim you’re starting a trial however they charge you immediately. This has been addressed many times in the reviews already and the developer just replies, saying you can cancel at any time however that doesn’t count for the money that they already took out of your account. I have already disputed the charges with my credit card and have notified the Apple team.

Response from developer

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We offer both subscriptions with a free trial and subscriptions without a trial, so it's possible that the option without a trial was selected. We don't control billing, as all purchases are handled by Apple. Please contact us at j@done.co with the email used for your Done account, and we'll be happy to check your case and help however we can.

3 stars

After going through a bunch of set up personalization screens it will say let’s get started, and you hit ok and then get hit with a paywall. Pay for it or enable a trial before being charged monthly. I rewrote this because apparently from reading other reviews i found you can skip pay or trial options if you tap a small and hard to see ‘X’ on that screen, and can you use some of the non-premium app features, but i’m not sure yet what’s excluded in the unpaid version.. i guess i’ll find out, and try to update this. thanks

Response from developer

Thanks for updating your review! 😊 Yes, you can skip the paywall using the 'X' in the top corner and continue using the app for free. We appreciate the feedback about its visibility and will keep it in mind as we improve the onboarding experience.

Good app

Nice one

Response from developer

Thank you! 😊 Glad you're enjoying the app!

Nice idea but…

I love the idea, but have some changes I’d think would benefit the app. I don’t like how the events are treated as tasks. For example, if I have on my calendar that I’m going to a party, I wouldn’t consider a task I had to get done. Calendar stuff vs tasks should be different things. The habits should have it similar to like how the tasks are now where you can see how many of them have been completed and stuff like that. It could have it where you could set a due date on the tasks. I will probably use this for school and that would really help. It could have an AI chatbot to arrange a way to fit everything in for the day and that may be helpful. Thank you so much!!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! 😊 We love hearing ideas like these. Separating events and tasks more clearly, improving habit progress tracking, task due dates, and AI-assisted planning are all interesting suggestions. We appreciate you taking the time to share them, and we're glad you're enjoying the app!
