I have had this system for 5 years now and it is so unstable it has only worked a couple of times, pity it’s in an apartment building where the committee don’t do anything about it either, it’s absolutely useless

Logs You Out Without Warning

What is the point of this app if it randomly logs you out? I miss tons of deliveries through my intercom, because the app will have logged me out without warning. This has been the case for years. This bug really needs to be fixed, because it renders the app pointless.

Not working since June 22, 2026. Impossible to connect to device

Refund us. Give us a device and an app that works. It’s crazy in 2026 and with AI you can’t fix your product and we customers are penalized. You don’t even have an ETA. Meanwhile in China they have technologies that works with solutions instantly almost to fix such issues.
