Not working since June 22, 2026. Impossible to connect to device
Refund us. Give us a device and an app that works. It’s crazy in 2026 and with AI you can’t fix your product and we customers are penalized. You don’t even have an ETA. Meanwhile in China they have technologies that works with solutions instantly almost to fix such issues.

The app is not very stable. I use it occasionally to accept parcels, and there have been several times where I will get a notification for the doorbell ringing, and open the app only for it to sign me out and ask me to sign in again, which results in me missing the ringer.
As of May 2026 the app no longer sends me any notifications when the doorbell rings.
