Not working since June 22, 2026. Impossible to connect to device
Refund us. Give us a device and an app that works. It’s crazy in 2026 and with AI you can’t fix your product and we customers are penalized. You don’t even have an ETA. Meanwhile in China they have technologies that works with solutions instantly almost to fix such issues.

The app is not very stable. I use it occasionally to accept parcels, and there have been several times where I will get a notification for the doorbell ringing, and open the app only for it to sign me out and ask me to sign in again, which results in me missing the ringer.
As of May 2026 the app no longer sends me any notifications when the doorbell rings.

Entspannt, wenn es funktioniert
In letzter Zeit klingelt leider die App nicht mehr, wenn jemand an der Tür klingelt. Habe die App bereits neu installiert, WLAN nochmal neu eingestellt aber dennoch, klingelt das Hand nicht, zur Zeit etwas nervig. Aber wenn die App einwandfrei funktioniert, ist die App sehr hilfreich und entspannt für den Alltag.

DA muchos fallos: llaman y no te deja; aparece destinatario ocupado y no hay nadie conectado a la app, te da error y no salta notificación de la llamada, etc. Por favor, revisarlo.

Rapport qualité/prix injustifiée très déçue
Je m’attendais à nettement mieux. Le produit manque cruellement de stabilité et la qualité d’image est vraiment médiocre. Il est inacceptable qu’un vidéophone à 100 € soit plus performant, plus stable et mieux doté en options qu’un modèle Bticino à plus de 800 €.
Quant au SAV, il se contente d'excuses qui ne tiennent pas la route. Une remise en question sérieuse de la marque est nécessaire. Très déçue.

An sich eine gute Idee aber die App loggt einen ständig aus und hat Probleme mit dem Öffnen - kann sich oft nicht mit dem wlan verbinden und sagt „gescheitert“ beim Öffnen sodass man die App quasi nicht benutzen kann und trotzdem immer einen Schlüssel dabei haben muss :(

No longer notifying via phone
The app despite being up to date no longer notifies me when someone is at the door, when I’m away from home. I can only open it when I’m at home and hear the actual door bell, then I can use the app to open the gate.
