App never loads
Despite having the latest update, the app never loads correctly. I have to retry 10 times before it loads. Fix the app! I also couldn’t click into orders today.
So buggy.
My home page won’t load half the time. Glitchy constantly. An absolutely horrendous app.
Easy to Manage My Store
The app is easy to use and helps me manage my store, update my menu, and track orders. It makes running my DoorDash business much more convenient.

It’s honestly such poor quality
I really feel like for DoorDash to be as successful and popular as they are that they should not be as many tech errors as there is. Half of the time nothing would love after constantly restart the app delete it and everything else. Would not recommend.
Not Good Rules
You need a store in order to have a business, yet one person has a business at home! Also instead of anyone else telling me when I asked last night, no warning or anything! Not really good rules and also doesn’t go with Texas cottage law which I followed! One chick named Kayla was also being very rude while otp! Instead of answering me nicely she was very rude! Not doing business with this app when they wanna hire rude people especially very strict ones like Kayla! Thanks a lot for wasting my time!

I found the app to be very disfunctional and difficult to use. It may get better if I get used to it, but there are basic things like copying numbers that simply don't work

I need to be able to access the DoorDash manager app for my restaurant I manage. This is ridiculous why it will not load no matter how many times I log in and log out. Needs to be fixed as fast as possible!
