I totally hate this app .. plain nothing fun about it

Have lost 10lbs so far. Delivery is super easy I do a fedex location as sometimes they can’t always locate the address. Customer service representatives could do better, that’s something the company should look into a retraining of professionalism and etiquette. You can always tell when the customer service associate is at home and quickly tries to answer the phone unprepared.

Dope doctor
Cannot reach anyone once you pay for meds and do intake phone call. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. Feeling scammed.
Great company
I have lost 30 pounds with Dope Doctors, and they are always getting new stuff to make the experience better. Thanks for the new app to track our progress!
Notifications Not Clearing
I’ve had a notification showing every single day for the chat function, but there hasn’t been an update to the chat box since March 22nd. Really annoying that it won’t clear or dismiss.
