Hello I love your app but please let us our own pictures for playlists and collections. Also let us manually order the albums on a collection, i don't want them to just be alphabetical. Other than that great app!!

Amazing!! But…
This app is by far the best music player on IOS. The UI and layout is perfect, it’s super easy to sync music to it via iTunes and its ease of use is so much better than all of the other options out there. I have been experiencing some major problems though that have prevented me from fully singing it’s praises. The app consistently crashes whenever my phone rests and goes to the lock screen. To circumvent that I just leave my phone on and don’t let it rest, but that causes my phone battery to drain really fast and get super hot. When navigating other apps while listening to music on Doppler, I get consistent, super heavy lag which makes using my phone and listening to music at the same time basically impossible. I have an iPhone 13 Pro, which is admittedly a bit of an older phone at this point, but i’ve had no problems with other music player apps & even apps in general with them crashing or lag so it has to be something that’s wrong with this app. Overall I really love this app, it’s so close to being perfect, but it’s got some major snags that make it hard to recommend to people.

All you need…
If you’re looking for a simple music app to import your tunes then look no further. I was fed up with streaming apps limiting what I listen to, adding features like skip track behind paywalls etc so decided to burn my old CD’s into this app. Never looked back and it’s lovely having no ads etc. money well spent.

Crashes repeatedly
Frustrating app. Crashes during playback more times than not. Zero support. This app is so close, but no cigar sadly 🤷🏻♂️
Keeps crashing
This app keeps crashing on me, and tech support has been unresponsive for a month now.
CarPlay crashes
CarPlay crashes every time my car moves and the developers aren’t responding to any emails .. it was such a great app before the iOS 26 update
Like Apple Music for CDs
I use this app to listen to ripped music from CDs and 7digital purchased files. It has all the features of a normal music player such as albums/album art, artists, shuffle etc., but you get to use your own files.
Quality Music Organizer
Don’t even have to touch metadata. Drag and drop files, organize how you want. Worth the $10 imo.
Perfect for me—no subscription
It does exactly what I expected it to do. I paid for it once and that was it.

Just what I wanted
This application is exactly what I was looking for, a way to play my music instead of having an algorithm choose for me. I’ve got a single complaint, which is that car play just crashes a lot, specifically when you choose music from the CarPlay interface as opposed to choosing it from the iOS interface.

Bulk editing?
First off, there’s a lot of good about this app. But, something that I think really needs to be added is a bulk editor. It’s tedious to have to open the edit menu and update the album and artist info for every single track you import.
IOS 26 works!
For those with CarPlay compatibility issues, go to Settings->General->Transfer or Reset iPhone->Reset and reset network settings. You’ll have to re-enter your WiFi passwords, but that’s a small price to pay. In CarPlay, forget your vehicle/device and re-connect—after that CarPlay should work fine!
Otherwise, Doppler is a fantastic app, allowing music files to be xfer’ed with rsync and without MacOS — much more flexible! Music quality and the control interface are both great!
