App keeps getting worse

Terrible app. Clunky and slow. Doesn’t let your reorder a favorite or past order so you need to reassemble the same burrito each time.

Most of the high ratings have to be fake.

Tacos so expensive??

Everything is very moderately priced compared to its competitor chipotle however, the tacos for some reason or outrageously expensive.

Slow, glitchy app

I just signed up today and it took 20 minutes to place my order in the app itself. It wouldn’t apply my initial sign up discount. Then when that took too long, I had to pick a new pickup time. And after all that, it couldn’t verify the pricing for 10 minutes? Feel like that should happen as soon as you pick your location when you begin ordering. I haven’t even been able to find the section of the app for Support if there’s one at all. This app needs a little help

Hate the app

The old app was better. Love their food, but the app is super annoying. Also it doesn’t tracks rewards properly and you will get jipped.

The new app doesn’t seem to track the rewards points accurately and I’m always almost at zero rewards, wh. I order twice a week. Scam.

Does not work. No credit

This app is jot working for me. 2 times had lunch and received no rewaed credit. Ofcourse taqueria don’t know anything about app. I ask what do do and they say they dont know. I used one time fine and got $5 joining bonus. Then next time nothing. Next no credit also. It beeps like all i good.

Horrible App experience

No accountability! Ordered through the app, and when my order didn’t arrive, the restaurant blamed it on the third party that they use for delivery. Such a poor customer service experience

Why change it?!

The previous version of this app was much more user friendly and didn’t cause to lose of on points.
This new version is terrible. Why separate the loyalty points and pay. Have to scan two different QR codes each time. Always leading to issues at the register and causing a back up.

Terrible!

With EVERY purchase have to scan twice.
Once for the loyalty and another to paid.
The app is supposed to speed up and simplify the transaction experience.
This version is terrible.
