So sad
I’m retired and Mcdill closed the clinic on base, now I’m forced to use a private provider for my health care. This app for getting my prescription filled. This app is not working for me.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
I have activated my three medications 3 times with no response. I’ve used the messaging feature twice on this app with no response! PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICATION! Please do better and respond to people when they activate prescriptions!
Make it easier to sign out
Make it easier to sign out!!!
Oh Really!
Our “Government “ forces us to agree to a software license we do not want so we can access an otherwise inaccessible pharmacy which exists as an actual building with living people inside of it. We cannot call for help. We are locked out of any pharmacy support services except this ridiculous post and wait communication process. I despise the requirement to agree with a software EULA just to get medication from a government facility.

Poor format
Messages need to include the dates. Difficult to know when they are responding.
Absolutely worthless
Come on now lol, this app is absolutely worthless. You go to activate a medication and it pops up the phone number. I could do that easier than launching an app.
The rest of the functions require you to either know the names of the meds being activated or links you to another portal where you have to provide login credentials.
Sadly, the government wasted a bunch of taxpayer money on this nonsense

Difficult to use
The Dose pharm app is limited in categories and tools to use it . I have not been able to find any instruction video. Correcting an error is not possible.
Refill VS New Rx
I activated a new Rx via the app and on the same day called in for a refill. I received a message that a new/ refill was ready for pick up. Went to pharmacy four days after requesting new and refill Rx to discover that the new Rx had not been completed. It would have helped if the message could distinguish between new and refill orders. Actually knowing which medication had been completed would have been a huge help. Now I need to sit with a number and wait to be called …. A huge waste of time!

Awful
I have a career in healthcare management. I don’t know how anyone WITHOUT the knowledge I have could navigate this app with DOD Patrick SFB
Too Simplified
App is too simplified. Need to be more like drugs.com. Even express scripts has a better interface. To activate prescriptions user is to type in the name of the drug (really?) and the name of the prescribing Dr. Should already have that information and be a selectable list. When having multiple prescriptions to activate this is a pain.

Great update
One of the biggest hassles for me has always been standing in long lines to activate and pick up prescriptions. With DosePharm, I no longer have to spend 30-60 minutes waiting at the pharmacy—it’s all streamlined and done quickly through the app. I can activate prescriptions, call for refill without leaving home.

Waste of money again
For years the system been constantly changing. By the time you figure it out you will run out of prescriptions. Today I went to get refills at Patrick pharmacy and told about this app. Guess what I’m trying to enter my DOB and it just defaults to the current date.
Worthless
Provides no advantage. Refill just a pops up the phone number. Don’t need an app for that. Activate is no different texting
Horrible
This is a horrible app for new users. There is no information about how to use it. The section that says Activate Prescription, says it’s only for new prescriptions. I can’t find anything in the app to instruct me how to activate a refill.
Activation
Wonderful so easy Finally!!!!!
Can’t figure out how to get a refill!
This app is not user friendly. Cannot figure out how to request a refill. Only option I see is for activating new prescriptions!
Why does this app even exist?
Apparently this app is only for activating a new prescription that a doctor has electronically submitted to MacDill. It is sketchy at best if you will even be able to do this one task. God forbid you be able to call the MacDill AFB pharmacy - no we can’t have that. You cannot do a refill on this app. It’s for activations ONLY and messages auto delete IF you are even able to send one at all. For two days it keeps saying “an error has occurred try again later”
The first time I used it. It took two days to “activate” a prescription and when I was finally able to send a message. Someone replied, I read it. Had to go do something. Logged back in to see the message again and it was gone. Then once again, I could not send one.
So me app developer, if you respond to this please let me know if it is only for activating a new script and nothing else?

Terrible
Update to prior review: if you update your password, you receive an automated email. It still looks like a phishing scam because they are not using proper English nor are they using proper punctuation. Who has the DOD hired to trust our medical information to?!?
Next, I've tried to activate a prescription 3x now. The first time they said they never received it (and you cannot reply to their messages!). Next, they said that my DOD ID was wrong. When I checked it, my husband's was listed. I've never put his number in - I've used the activate prescription before - how did his number become my default? Finally, I submitted a 3rd time and I'm waiting to hear back.
You cannot communicate with the pharmacy.
You cannot refill prescriptions through the app.
Honestly I don't even know why we have to activate a prescription anyways. I use CVS sometimes and...shockingly their app is easy to use, quick, efficient, and awesome. Why can the government not get it together?!?!?
