Bad Experience with the received product
I am a regular buyer of Dot & Key sunscreen. In my recent order, the shipping box was tampered, taped with a temporary cello tape and both the boxes inside were empty. Tried to communicate multiple times, no source of communication except of talking to their BOTS. Undoubtedly products were good that’s why I have ordered third time in a row in 6 months, but feeling sorry for the delivery service mishandling. Whose responsibility lies with the delivery?? Undoubtedly the products are good but services are worst.

Oily skin Face wash amazing

Easy navigation and smooth

I placed an order for Dot & Key sunscreen, and after a few days, the status was updated to “Delivered” even though I had not received the package or any call from the delivery person. After communicating with the support team, the product was resent to me. However, despite ordering two sunscreens, I received only one item.
This experience has been quite disappointing due to the repeated delivery and order issues. More than any other app, I have been using this one regularly to track my orders, so I expected a smoother and more reliable service.

Fraud in name of buy one get one
They show that its buy one get one but you will receive only one product instead….later their customer care will not pick up ypur call nor will they accept return and gibe refund.. instead they will give reason that in order to get buy one get one free you should add other product to card….if such is case you should mention it properly while purchasing . Full manipulation under name of brand.

You’re better off with other brands.
I have been a long time customer of Dot and Key but unfortunately their customer service has really disappointed me. I received a moisturiser with a broken cap, and some product was smeared outside as well, but they refused to give me a replacement, saying that the product was in a usable condition. This kind of an issue has happened once before (a few years ago) as well, but in that case, this brand offered me a replacement for much less damage. I don’t know why they would do this, and I’m so hesitant to use this product. They should know better being a skincare brand! I have now found a suitable replacement though, I won’t be buying any Dot and Key items in the future. There are several videos online that explain why this brand isn’t the best and is overpriced for the kind of ingredients they use. Check them out before purchasing something from here.

Poor customer service
I ordered first time using their app with prepaid order. 3 products were missing. Raised complaint since 2 weeks with no resolution. Worst service. Closed the case saying no products were missing even when I offered them to review unboxing video. Highly unprofessional.

Disappointed
It was first time I was trying something from the app. But it’s totally trash, money got debited from my account and the order was not placed on the app, I tried calling customer service and even WhatsApp & mailed them, but there whole helpdesk system is AI based, so each time I was raising concern it asked for order ID, which was not applicable in my case. And it was soo frustrating. Overall I had to ping them daily for almost 1 week & then received some genuine reply from their customer support & hence got refund in almost 10 days. Totally drained my energy, however it’s your loss, never trying again :)

Cancellation policy
Very bad cancellation policy. As i ordered products and i wanted to change the address. They firstly didn’t change the address and said that they cannot do it. And then i tried cancelling it. They asked questions and said cancelled the product. So i ordered same products on the correct address but they didn’t cancelled my previous order and now the previous order is also coming. Is this the way you guys treat your customer by not resolving the problems. This is the last order i am ordering from dot and key. I hope that makes you happy

you would definitely see a magic on your skin in couple of weeks , I first started using with sunscreen but now all my skin care products are from dot and key , that’s how it changes me
Poor Quality – Oil Separated, Bad Smell, Not Usable
I purchased the Dot & Key Gloss Boss Lip Balm – Cocoa Mint last month and was extremely disappointed. Within a week of use, the product started separating – all the oil came out first, and it smelled really bad, like it had gone stale. After that, the red part started coming out, but it’s thick, patchy, and not usable at all. The texture is ruined, and it feels like the balm has expired already. For a product from such a well-known brand, this was really unexpected and frustrating. Please improve the quality – this was a waste of money.

Firstly, the order was significantly delayed. When I finally received the package, it contained only a part of the items I had ordered. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service, but there has been no satisfactory response. There is no direct helpline or person to speak with — only a WhatsApp chat option that has proven to be completely unhelpful.
I have raised my complaint multiple times over the past two days, both via WhatsApp and email. Eventually, I was directed to a link where I was asked to fill out a form and upload pictures and the bill. Despite trying several times, I encountered repeated errors while uploading the images, making it impossible to submit the form.
I also sent an email yesterday, but have yet to receive any response. This lack of support has been extremely frustrating and disheartening. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, and I have always preferred ordering directly from your website due to the discounts and the reliability of receiving complete orders.
However, this experience has left me very disappointed. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I regret to inform you that this will be my last order from Dot & Key.

I recently bought the watermelon sunscreen from Dot & Key and trust me guys, THIS IS JUST AMAZING. The texture is actually very non-greasy as they claim. Very light weighted and mostly you can feel the calm and coolness of this product once you use it on your skin. Please go and buy this one if you are looking for all these things. Love you Dot & key.

Really bad customer care service never ever order from this website
It’s been more than a month my order has been delivered worth around 2000 rs. I have contacted customer care multiple times they are sending same generic email every time. I talked with them on phone despite multiple reassurances my order not delivered and they haven’t refunded my money as well. I always use derma co sunscreen they have really good customer care services. It was the first time I ordered sunscreens from dot and key. I will never ever order from this website it was a big mistake.

Worst experience
Worst application no customer support provided, i have ordered for the first time with the dot & key site and they are giving me the worst experience, first or all they are sending us the wrong product and after complaining also no response from the customer care, the number which is given on the site is unreachable, not giving response to the emails, whatsapp support. Very frustrated with this application and support. Not giving refund or replacement also. They are just cheating on people like us.
