Terrible

What is this Ui with notification that can’t be closed? Try hiring devs that actually do any testing prior to pushing to prod!

Tickets expire in 1 hr

The tickets we got expired in 1 hour. We had no notification of that and had to pay twice. No refund either. Horrible.

Buggy

Keeps hanging when I try to choose where I wanted to depart from. Choosing by zone causes an immediate hang. If this is happening to you too, I suggest you use the Skånetrafiken app instead.

Update: it was because I was not in the place I wanted to start. Ridiculous! And when you pay for the ticket there's no warning it starts immediately ... even if there's no space on the ferry!

Worked half the time

Only needed it to go from and to the airport. It was clunky going from the airport to my hotel but it worked after several reboots. It didn’t work on the way though. No matter what I did to buy a single ticket, I couldn’t enter a destination other than what was in my history.

Useless App!!!!

Coming to Copenhagen on Saturday…… why does the app not recognise a UK mobile phone number??? So consequently I can purchase a ticket. Get better app developers.

Doesn’t work

I cannot even sign up, error after error. ‘Unable to create user’ ‘too many attempts please try again’

Unable to Login

Traveling from Uk to Copenhagen when you get to the sim verification it just hangs and keeps prompting back to enter number and unable to login. I have already logged in once and brought my ticket for future however unable to login back in now and unable to find support contact if still unable to login when travelling. Please could this be looked at

Will Not Allow to Register & Timer Increases To Allow Another Attempt

I’m really hating this app right now. I enter my phone number, I do the “I am not a robot” & captcha process, and it just closes and returns to the page with my phone number—doesn’t proceed anywhere else. Then, when I try again, I am told I cannot try again for x amount of time and when I try again, the same thing happens. I even tried with a different number. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve never had such problems with virtual ticketing in public transportation. I am now stuck with having to wait 3 hours to attempt again.

To note: using an iPhone, using local Danish WiFi, US phone number. My boyfriend with an Android managed just fine in registering with a US phone number on US WiFi. Will test when I get back to US if it works better there (by the time I no longer need it). 🙄

Can’t create account, means I can’t travel.

As above. Can’t travel. Useless.

eSIMs don’t work

I’m just trying to buy a ticket, SMS verification is a silly gate for tourists. I’m glad Copenhagen is switching from this app.

DO NOT USE THIS AP!

You will be sorry if you do. Installed & launched app prior to international arrival, but 75 min timer starts as soon as U buy ticket. Who knew? Other transit apps allow purchase tickets without using. No warning about this serious flaw prior to installing. DOT people must be stupid, go figure. I want my $$ back!

Very bad

Don’t use this app. I wasted a lot of time trying to buy a ticket . It seems it only works while you’re in Denmark. Download instead the dsb app if you travelling by regional train.

Not valid for foreign numbers / tourists

This is the only way to use the Copenhagen public transport, I was told, yet it doesn’t work for tourists / foreigners visiting if you can’t receive an SMS. WiFi or eSim cards won’t allow you to receive the activation SMS. Ridiculous if you ask me.

Ridiculous

Needing an app for a single ride is ridiculous.

Not for tourists

The scan barcode at airport should tell you that a valid working mobile sms number is needed.
Theft dishonest.

Works for N America #s

Saw another about issues with a US #. The trick is to use “1” as the country code not “01”. Once I sorted that it worked like a charm. I was able to hop the water bus for a lovely early morning trip on the water.

Not e-sim friendly

We can not use the app without a phone number. Since I only have an e-sim when I travel I can't receive SMS, so can't use the app. Shouldn't be complicated to add an email validation option instead...

Absolute junk

One must enter your phone number. However the interface to do so makes it impossible. Try to change the country code. Nope. Try to enter the phone number. It’s in but no way to move to the next screen. So I can’t use the app.

N/A

Would be nice to see the app information first before having to sign up with a phone number

Good but needs to be clearer for first time users

Seems like it’ll be a very efficient app once you know the system. But some improvements for first time users would be welcome. For instance, help says: “ The amount of time your ticket is valid for will depend entirely on the ticket type” but it doesn’t tell you how long it’s valid til after you’ve paid for it. I bought a ticket the night before when I was sure I had Wi-Fi, and turns out the ticket was only valid for 90 mins. Would have appreciated this knowledge in advance! Also it’s not clear whether you have to do anything like scan your ticket before the journey or just get on the train.
