I need to speak to an agent ASAP.

At first, I liked the app, nice graphics and it seemed pretty easy so I even preached about it and advertised it freely to my family and friends. I’m sure now everybody hates me ! How can you decline a transaction and still debit me? No way to contact your agents to ask a for a refund or even take the bother of trying to refund my money, at least other apps do same. And then you allow me register without prior notification that I will have a limit of #500 per day transaction! How then do I pull my savings out if your app keeps rejecting my BVN TOO. I am not happy and I have nothing to do with your bank again. It might mean nothing to you, the money you withheld from me . But that’s my savings and I feel bad, because na me carry my hand download the app without proper enquiries. 👎🏻

BVN

I’ve lost my BVN registered phone number, so I can proceed with it... you should collect details first before asking for BVN so that you’ll cross check if the person with the BVN is real and it will require a photo of valid means of identication.

This is worst in terms of app development

App really needs to be figured out. Can’t sign up with BVN it’s hitting an error, when you try to sign up without BVN it still hits a glitch. Needs fixing
