Fix your sign-in page
I’m subscribed but it directs me to sign up when clicking sign in and says invalid username when I can login through web with the same credentials. Please fix your sign in page.

Do not fall for this scam. App does not work. Subscription not recognised. No customer support.
App not working with iOS 17
App has stopped working with iOS 17. Just shuts down
Worse experience
I have subscription. App closed abruptly and not working in the iPad where I used it earlier. One more problem- there is no option to download pdf. You can’t copy text . It’s very difficult to take notes.
Have cause zero issues.
I use it through all my devices, and the service is wonderful.
