Fix your sign-in page
I’m subscribed but it directs me to sign up when clicking sign in and says invalid username when I can login through web with the same credentials. Please fix your sign in page.

App has stopped working with iOS 17. Just shuts down

I have subscription. App closed abruptly and not working in the iPad where I used it earlier. One more problem- there is no option to download pdf. You can’t copy text . It’s very difficult to take notes.
Have cause zero issues.
I use it through all my devices, and the service is wonderful.

Serious glitches
It says powered by Magzter but unable to login or register on the latter through the app. Unable to use my subscription plan.
It’s a fraud app .
I have taken subscription still I m not able to log in from 2 days . It seems to me a fraud. Thousands of time I have been tried to log in but all the time unable. It’s is showing some error. In support system there is no mobile number to contact worst app I have had ever seen. Really rediculus. My urge to the developers or to the owner of the app either resolve this issue or refund my 249 rupees.

I couldn’t able to login or register in down to earth magazine app
I love ur articles, very informative but at the same time I am very disappointed about the login and resignation issue of ur app in App Store , I tried to buy a magazine , paid but I couldn’t login in ur app , kindly check the technical issues , don’t put ur readers in hard situations,

Slow at uploading the edition
It’s already 3rd June now and I haven’t received the first copy of June month. Too slow at uploading the new editions.
By far the best magazine app
Its a great journal, hands down. But also has made the best app, at least for iPad, that I’ve seen. Thank you so much!

The rendering of page is very bad on iPhone
The rendering on iPhone 5s is very bad. The fonts are very small not readable. It can be zoomed in but it enlarges beyon the screen size and I hate scrolling the page sidewards and up and down to read.
