Okay

Works fine for what I need. It does update a lot and at least once a week I can’t access it because it says it had trouble retrieving my data, which can be pretty inconvenient if I need to transfer money right then.

I wonder why they took out the facial recognition from the sign in.

Easy to Use

Really appreciate how easy this app is to use for all of the basic transactions including my loan payments.

Review

The app used to have an option to see pending deposits and with the update you can no longer see pending deposits and I would like that feature back.

Great app easy to use.

It would be more helpful if we would be able to see what our deposit would be the night before. With the old site we could see what our direct deposit was going to be.

Broken App

Just moved to this newer app. It is super glitchy. I can’t click on many of the icons, my login info apparently can’t be found by the app, and the interface isn’t as nice as it used to be. I liked the sleek darker design the app used to have. I’m definitely disappointed... Also kind of annoyed. Will change the review once it is all fixed.

I liked the old app better

I liked the old app. It was much easier to navigate and I could use my Face ID on my iPhone to log in. The first app was better set up and easier to read. This one is a bit confusing. I hope they work on it and make it a little easier and cleaner.
