Inexcusably expensive
This app charges a monthly price of $40. That's more than any streaming service that provides hundreds to thousands of hours of content. It's higher than the cost of a basic gym membership. It's on par with or higher than the cost of paid home exercise services like Beachbody that give you hundreds of exercise programs.
For your $40/month or $100+ a year, are you at least getting an app that's under active development, pushing new or useful content? The last update was released 4 years ago, so you tell me.
Stop giving these people your money. This is a hustle. For the service this app provides and the work the devs put into it, it should cost a one-time price of $4, with maybe an occasional upgrade fee of $1 if significant new features are added.

I’m a new subscriber and already I can feel the difference in doing the exercises
Joke app!
Paid for in app subscription. App didn’t unlock so yes apple can give your money back but just a waste of time.
DO NOT GET APP
Just like my review on the other Dr. Kegel app. ITS NOT worth it! Made by the same developers same exact app just branded with a different color and more expensive subscription! This information can be found for free! You can do this exercise on your own with a timer for free! After seeing this app made by the SAME developers I'm convinced this is just a scam of them trying to sell you information, a timer, calendar, and notifications on Kegel exercises when you already can get this for FREE!
