Worst brand ever

My order is delayed by 10 days. There is no way I can contact to them . The bot is useless whenever I try to talk to agent no agent talks to me or chat with me . How the hell a customer can take your help . Never going to buy anything from here. Please change your delivery partner (delhivery) they don’t even call the person and return the parcel

Fake ad

Ad on insta said if u install app to place order, u get 35% flat off on 1st order. So i did. There was no discount on checkout. false advertising. Deleted the app, of course. No other discounts available on app worked at the time of checkout either. Just gimmicks to show rise in app downloads.

It's quite good but needs some improvement

I like the app's filters for getting the right product (skin type, issue, etc.) but there needs to a filter that allows users to choose a type of skincare product. E.g. a separate filter for moisturisers, sunscreens, etc.

Too slow to process Order

Ordered products on 28th Nov 2025 and it’s 2nd dec still order is yet not shipped . The customer support and chat is of no use. Not a single connect from there side regarding delays it’s the customer who is facing the issues.

No cash refund for cancelled order

I have cancelled a prepaid order of 1570 [approx]. I cancelled the order on 11th of November, same day of purchase (infact in a few minutes because of an error in my address. Its been 23rd of November and still they did not refund the amount. Their customer care is too bad that while enquiring they are just sharing a screenshot indicating the payment has been refunded. However, there is no money credited to my bank account. Pathetic service! Never gona by from them ever!

Worst Delivery and Customer Care Service

The delivery agent did not attempt to dispatch the parcel to my location, and the app falsely shows that the customer was not reachable. This is the worst dispatch service I have experienced with Shiprocket. On top of that, Dr. Sheth’s call agents neither call back nor are available to provide any help. Extremely disappointing service.

This app is total fraud

They share their customer data and may they are also involved in scams … had to file a complaint against these scammers… they looted money from customers providing tempting offer n thn the scams begin … order cancelled, have to pay again, bla bla bla … such a good company with least integrity.. thoo… the founder will get the “karma “ the person should be burnt to death

Disappointed

Very disappointing service. My order was delayed every single day with the delivery guy marking “delivery attempted” without even calling me. Finally, when I went directly to the warehouse (Delhivery), they refused to hand over the package and said it was returned—without even informing me.

The order got returned on 18th August, but I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent emails and followed up every day, yet there has been no response from the support team.

First of all, I strongly request you to change your delivery partner, as this is not the first time such issues have happened. The experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
