OK, so I’ve been playing for around four years maybe five but I got off almost 3 years straight because there was someone who texted me a website for corn not like the food corn like the corn that starts with a P, and little me being a Dumbo went to the website, and it scared me and also recently they were this guy not saying names but he was being super homophobic racist and making fun of orphanage like saying I quote “if I bully orphan kids what are they gonna do? Tell their parents?” and also he got me muted, even though I was defending someone who has been through SELF HARM. I did nothing wrong, yeah I still got muted for three days, and the guy was being super homophobic and because I’m dyslexic, he said “ go to school better” and he didn’t know I’m dyslexic so that really really hurt my feelings, but whatever is whatever because doubt you care and there is also another person who is being a perv asking “ how many pickles can you shove up your @ss” and they were also cussing at me and all of that so this really annoys me. They’re just debating on whether you get a bunch of reports and I don’t think this guy got muted because there was only two people dealing with this, so I love this game and stuff, but you guys need to look at these things. I don’t care if it takes time off your day, because I’m being muted for defending somebody while someone else that was cussing and being homophobic racist being mean to orphans didn’t get muted?! So fix this please

INCOMPETENT ACCOUNT DELETION
I requested that my personal data be deleted. I wanted my Bekko account permanently deleted. I went to the official in game support page to contact a GM. They replied to my ticket asking if I was okay with deleting all of my data. I agreed. A few days later I go into the game to confirm they did delete my data. Strangely, I could still login with my Bekko account credentials. I was forced to play the entire tutorial just to access the settings. Upon checking, I saw that this reset account was still labeled as bound to my Bekko account. The developer lazily wiped my game data but did not delete my actual Bekko account or even bothered to unbind the account that still exists. Unfortunately, I foolishly did not save screenshots of the conversation in the ticket. This is all I can do now. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEVELOPER WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR YOUR EMAIL. DO NOT MAKE A BEKKO ACCOUNT.
If your account is not based in China, there is no simple login pathway on the web. I found only a Chinese login page that does not communicate with my credentials. This developer is incompetent and cannot provide basic account access or a simple account deletion process anywhere.

i have made so many great friends, a loving alliance and am very powerful, this is an amazing game i have been playing for years and years. although if any developers see this could i please get some help on how to log into my old account, i might remember the email i used but im not sure, i know the user and im not too sure on the password. please if you are reading this could you let me know how to get in contact with someone who could help, i have tried and i understand that i cant log into by myself, since i sort of know the email and im not too sure on the password, i cant log into my old email anymore but i can tell you details about the account like some of the friends i had maybe? if you could please help me log in that would be amazing.

Игра прекрасная но за обновления обычно дают мало : это 100 алмазов,200.Вот за последнее обновление дали 700 кристаллов ,ну это всё равно как-то маловато. Лучше , думаю ,чтобы давали по 10 000 .Тогда будет лучше всем игрокам. А вам разработчики просто нулей больше написать в цифре :)

Она и сейчас хороша не надо писать на подобе «игра была лучше верните старую версию
Она хороша сражениями сюжетом и множеством эффектов лично мне игра очень понравилась и я не нахожу сдесь минусов. Разработчики продолжайте в том же духе игра отличная!

So overall this is a very great game, I’ve played through 2022 through 2025, which then today in 2026 I tried to play again and it forcefully made me wait one hour to download just for nothing, it also deleted all my legendary dragons and reset everything to a starter, my account name was Isabella and I don’t even know what happened to my account if it got hacked or deleted, please fix this I am very worried if my account is hacked and stolen 😡😭
