A joke
It takes money out of employees pockets and puts it straight in to door dash drivers pockets. It absolutely does not put employees of your company first.
Broken and user-unfriendly
Drains battery life, constantly freezes and won’t work until device is restarted, demands location even when not using the app, and has a severely outdated interface.

Awful at what’s it’s designed for
It baffles me how an app could be so poor at accomplishing the sole function that it was created for. I have been working at Pizza Hut for a while and I borderline stopped using this app entirely due to all its flaws. This app will constantly take me 10+ minutes in the wrong direction which results in angry customers and my delivery time shooting up, not to mention when it’s busy and I am unknowingly taking a 12 minute detour across town. I have started just putting the address in Apple Maps manually and tallying my tips up as I go. The only thing this app is good for is seeing the instructions that the customer left if I forgot to check in store. Other than that it is obsolete and even the managers encourage us to use google or Apple Maps instead and then just make sure the order is marked as delivered when we get there. If a developer is actually reading this (which I doubt, because this app is multiple years old and still sucks) please add in a function that lets you re route to your store after finishing an order. Also please add a place where you can see your tips for each order and please fix the issue with the wrong addresses. All it takes is adding a shortcut to a maps app that has the exact address. It already shows that the exact address is on the home screen but when I click the maps button it just gives me a rough estimate where it is and then I have to read mailboxes the whole way there. And that’s assuming it even brings me to the correct part of town. Genuinely awful app and it appalls me that this would be pizza huts choice app for a key part of their business.

The worst delivery system ever.
Absolutely the worst delivery system I have ever been a part of. This system prioritizes third party delivery services over house delivery drivers.. The app never notifies of an update. The app hardly works whatsoever.
Steals from Pizza Hut drivers
I hate this app. Steals deliveries from Pizza Hut drivers and gives them to DoorDash drivers. Basically making all the Pizza Hut drivers quit y’all can wash dishes and fold boxes. Worse app ever invented. Been a Pizza Hut driver for 12 years. Debating on quitting now.
Needs bug fixes
Lags a lot. Buttons don’t work majority of the time. Wastes my delivery time constantly and makes my delivery times look terrible as it doesn’t track properly as it’s supposed to.

Failure of a corporate application
look, you use it for 2 weeks and its starts lagging on you, cant open orders, swiping becomes unbearable, loading times painfull, the whole yard. the fix i found was reinstalling, i mean brainless right, to make it work again for again two more weeks. the only thing you should be using this app for is swiping orders, NOTHING ELSE IS WORTH USING, if youre really in trouble then sure load a single order to make sure you got the right spot, otherwise use your gps and read and input the order adress yourself

Actually just doesn't work
There's not much more to say, half the buttons on screen don't work, the app crashes in the background all the time, can't swipe to deliver anything. Genuinely borderline unusable.
Ruined my job
One of the most terrible constructed apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. How it use became so widespread is beyond me.
If i could give zero stars i would
App is required by our store for deliveries even though it is completely worthless. Literally cannot even complete one delivery before it freeze’s and losses track of where I’m at. Does not mark orders delivered. Does not check me back into the store. This app needs to be completely reworked yet they don’t even attempt to patch any bugs.

freezes every time
it’s closer to malware than it is an actual functioning app. you can never mark a delivery as delivered and it will repeatedly crash your phone every time you open it. if you need to use gps on your deliveries this app will make sure to freeze your phone every single time. if you listen to music through bluetooth it will freeze your phone every time. if your phone is on low battery mode. frozen. it’s honestly quite impressive how consistently poor this app is

Tired of this app
I see no use of using this app…It glitches out so much to where I have to almost everytime reset it, which takes longer because of logging in. I’m scared to even tap on an order because I know it’s gonna glitch and crash. It doesn’t even bring me back into the store even after crashing/glitching out. it’s just a big waste of my time throughout my deliveries and there is really no use for it in my opinion. I hate this app with a good passion.

That does not always work
I have the app because I’m a delivery driver for Pizza Hut. We have issues with it all the time they need to update it.
