About

"Five more minutes" - gone. DrawWake is an alarm clock you stop by drawing today's prompt. Tapping a button won't do it. By the time your hand is drawing lines, your head is already awake. ■ How you stop it 1. The alarm rings (it shows on the Lock Screen too) 2. You get today's prompt - "popcorn," "rabbit," "violin" 3. You draw. Set your own time limit, from 20 to 600 seconds 4. Draw it properly and the alarm stops The screen is a sheet of paper, and you pick a colour the way you pick a crayon out of the box. Skill is not required. The app looks at how much you drew and, on your device only, at what the drawing might be - so a clumsy sketch still passes. But a couple of dots won't get you out of bed. ■ On a morning with no time, don't draw Each alarm can be set to skip the drawing, so that day it stops like an ordinary alarm clock. You decide in advance, not while half asleep. ■ Every drawing becomes a card The moment the alarm stops, your drawing is saved as an instant-photo style card with the date and time on it. Look back later and you'll see "so I was up at six that day." ・Dress up the card - frames, shadows, stamps ・Favorites, decoration, and export ・Syncs privately across your own devices via iCloud ■ For people who can't keep it up alone ・Groups: everyone draws the same prompt, medals go to whoever woke first ・Today's awards: best drawing, oddest drawing, fastest to finish, longest waking streak, perfect attendance ・Today's vote: a different question each day, one vote per person, for someone other than yourself ・Friends: see your friends' mornings in the feed and stories ・Send prompts: "draw this tomorrow." Those drawings glow like fire ・Streaks and a weekly summary image The same "tomato" comes out completely different from person to person. Seeing that first thing in the morning is a real reason to keep going. ■ It works as a normal alarm clock ・Time, weekday repeats, and specific dates ・Snooze (you can set how many times) ・24 alarm sounds and volume control ・Use your own recorded voice, or a song from your Apple Music library ・Lock Screen Live Activity - you can see it ringing ・Time limit per prompt, and how many drawings per alarm ■ Timer and stopwatch ・Timer: build your own list of the lengths you actually use, up to 23 hours 59 minutes. Reorder, delete, keep ・Stopwatch: to a hundredth of a second, with laps ・Both can be controlled from the Lock Screen ■ Morning weather, and a rain radar Hourly forecasts run 48 hours ahead, the daily forecast 10 days, and temperature, feels-like, wind, humidity, pressure and UV each get their own graph. The rain radar works anywhere in the world. The alarm can also read the weather aloud - including "rain is forecast, take an umbrella." Pick a region by hand, and while one is picked your location is not used at all. ■ Available in 15 languages Prompts are written for each language, so a prompt sent by a friend overseas shows up in your own language. ■ To keep it a safe place ・Reporting posts and blocking users are both supported ・You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time ・Your drawings and alarm settings live in your own iCloud ■ Premium (optional) Alarms, timer, stopwatch, weather, prompts, drawing, saving and sharing are all free. Premium only adds conveniences. ・Unlimited gallery (free keeps the most recent 100) ・Posted images kept indefinitely (free: images go after about 20 days) ・A 36-colour crayon box (free: 12) ・All 24 alarm sounds (free: 19) ・All themes, photo profile icons, and streak freezes ・Remove the DrawWake name from images you share Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. What's New in DrawWake

1.3.0

August 11, 2026

The Alarms tab is now a proper clock A timer and a stopwatch have joined it. For the timer, you build your own list of the lengths you actually use, up to 23 hours 59 minutes. Reorder them, delete them, keep them. The stopwatch measures to a hundredth of a second and takes laps. Both can be controlled from the Lock Screen, so you never have to open the app. Paper and crayons The drawing screen has been redrawn. You now pick a colour the way you would pick a crayon out of the box. A lot more alarm sounds Fifteen new ones - a soft bell, small birds, water, piano - all made from scratch for this app. You can also use your own recorded voice, or a song from your Apple Music library. Pick several songs, and start from the chorus if you like. On a morning with no time, don't draw Each alarm can now be set to skip the drawing, so that day it works as an ordinary alarm clock. The rain radar works worldwide It used to be Japan only. Now you can see the rain wherever you are. Precipitation forecasts now come from official meteorological services, and the hourly forecast reaches 48 hours ahead. Today's awards, inside your group Best drawing, oddest drawing, fastest to finish, longest waking streak, perfect attendance. Someone is celebrated every morning. Fixed and improved - The alarm volume slider now actually works (turning it down used to stay loud) - Alarm settings are now grouped into "how it stops" and "how it rings" - Press and hold a card on the Home or Social tab to reorder or hide it - A group owner can now hand the group to someone else and leave - Profiles gained a short note (10 characters) and an optional gender you can hide - All 15 in-app languages have been reviewed - Fixed crashes after a timer finished and when resetting the stopwatch
