No clue why this can never stay connected to the fan

Power goes out you have to read device
So far my only complaint is when the power goes out or are you unplugged it to clean it? You have to re-add the device. Again, this is definitely a drawback and frustration.

Very misleading on the app. It only controls the fan speed, and tells temp (which I don’t think is correct). What happened to the part of the app to control the light on my fan Dreo?

Good app lacking with variety of internet
This app is convenient and is useful to the average person being able to set a schedule. Although, the internet doesn’t exactly work when you have to login with both an email and password. I hope in the future that can be fixed. Additionally there is a tab that is just selling more products which can be useful but typically is useless.

DREO app
Great app Gives total control, especially when you are down stairs you can just simply turn it on an hour before bed without having to go up three flights of stairs. The app gives you all the settings manual and alerts for servicing. Well done DREO

How all smart devices should work.
Probably the most seamless, fast and straightforward onboarding process of any smart device that I have ever purchased. I especially liked the realtime status indicators when first connecting the device to WiFi. Most other smart devices mysteriously pause for minutes or more, or even get hung up, during onboarding. This took seconds. Integration with Google Home or Alexa super easy, and done right within the app itself. I don’t know why all smart devices can’t work like this.

This smart air circulator fan is the third of our DREO purchases. First we bought a tower fan, then I brought a small oscillating fan for my office. We bought this one for my mother-in-law and most recently we bought a portable air conditioner unit. The thing they all have in common is that they work beautifully have such flexibility. We are total DREO “fans”. Pun intended.

I’ve recently bought a Dreo air conditioner and a misting fan and have been extremely impressed by both devices. The design, functionality and aesthetics are second to none and the control app is fantastic and very easy to use. In addition to the products being top notch the customer service I have received is simply the best I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend Dreo for any devices you are thinking of buying.

App won’t work or update
I’ve had my fan a week and I can’t fault the fan but the app is shockingly bad, not only has the app stopped working within a week of installing, it won’t let me download the update - it’s not just me either my partner downloaded the app and can’t even get the fan to connect to it.
