I absolutely love this fam! We have it sitting on my husband’s dresser facing the bed and when I get a hot flash, I can turn it on without even getting up and adjusted to the speed or the direction I need without ever having to get out of bed
Great fans, but the app…
The app will not connect no matter what I do it times out at 60%. Support says change name of 2.4ghz naming or try mobile hotspot temporary setup which is ridiculous considering I have 12 other appliances connected and working fine. This app needs work for connectivity and should not require me having to change things on working appliances just to get it working.

Iffy if fan will respond using the app
The app will not turn back on after turning off remotely. Rather useless for my purpose. This fan is too expensive to NOT work as promised.

Bonne application mais je mets 3 étoiles car on ne peut pas programmer l’arrêt. Uniquement l’heure de mise en route. Ce qui est franchement bête. Donc dans une chambre, le système est programmé pour se mettre en marche à 22h, il s’arrêtera quand il n’y a plus d’eau, car on ne peut pas le programmer pour s’arrêter à 06:00 du matin par exemple. Donc l’app devient inutile.

Bonjour. Merci pour votre commentaire. Vous pouvez créer une période dans la fonction « Planification » pour personnaliser les heures de début et de fin de votre appareil. Ainsi, il ne fonctionnera que pendant les heures que vous avez choisies. Most ideal cool solution
Love the dreo system. I love the WiFi capabilities and the flexibility it allows me to have while I’m away from home. I can activate it remotely, create schedule times and manage how much usage. I have the AC unit, and two fans. In a whim I can turn the units on for my dogs and cool the house while not having it run all the time.

Habituellement, les logiciels venant avec des appareils ménagers sont décevants (qualité graphiques bas de gamme, Fonctionnalités limites, ergonomie laissant à désirer) mais ce logiciel est tout le contraire!
Superbe graphique représentant le ventilateur acheté. Fonctionnalités dépassant ce que j’aurais imaginé de mieux. Contrôle extrêmement précis de l’appareil, on peut régler exactement la ventilation que l’on veut. ergonomie extraordinaire, même si on a plusieurs appareils. Programmation évoluée possible. De plus, mon ventilateur DREO est puissant, silencieux, joli, et les contrôles sont exceptionnels. Je le recommande et je suis un gars capricieux pour ces appareils.
