Update ruined ease of use
Previously I loved the app so easy to use and being able to flip back and forth between fans in different rooms all from the Home Screen took seconds. Now with the most recent updates I couldn’t even figure out how to find my other fans in other rooms now it’s extra steps even has me rethinking buying another fan for another room.

Yes, it’s supposed to regulate the temperature in the room so I cant get it below 73 in here and the fan is on 8 but other wise the fan works great and I really enjoy it if I could just get the temperature in the room down, it would be great. It was probably the best purchase we have made, since being married. Thank you DREO.

Best Fan and App
This is one of the best fans I have brought, and this app is brilliant for controlling it and setting it up
Why did you change it?
Instead of selecting from my devices all listed at the top, I now have to click multiple different places to switch over to a different device and change its settings. Makes it so clunky and honestly it’s quicker to get up and change it manually
It works.
You have to do a few more clicks than would be optimal, but on the other hand, great job for putting the app on Mac, iPad, and iPhone. I can always control my evaporative cooling fan with whatever device I’m using.
Feature rich and function-free
Unsurprisingly, it is becoming increasingly difficult to simply type a review pointing out that while the fan itself is a good product, the impossible-to-operate remote functions a bit, which is more than can be said for the app. The app failed to pair after reportedly misidentifying model. As our masters prevent us from actually doing anything, we are at the mercy of increasingly sloppy, unreliable, and downright shoddy application "developments." The past looks better every day.

I have just set up this tower fan, it was simple to do and everything worked perfectly straight away.
I have set it up to use Amazon Alexa, it was the easiest process I have ever done, to say that I am delighted with the product is an understatement, thank you and top marks all round

App is well designed and easy to use. I only have one suggestion. There is no way to find out what model number the device is. It doesn’t list this anywhere, and there doesn’t seem to be any place on their website to find products that I’ve registered. So I have no idea what model number my products are. I’m going to have to actually look at the device.

Great App, poor humidifier
The two stars are for the app. I would give 5 but the humidifier stopped working slightly over a year after the warranty ended. Talk about planned obsolescence. Save yourself money and buy a humidifier from another manufacturer.

Best fan on the market
I purchased the first DREO fan 5 years ago and it still puts out air that same as it did when I purchased now I have got a smaller one and it is fantastic

Great app! Needs multiple homes and current humidity level on their AC units. Their AC units work great.
