Not a good app
Trying to get a hold of customer services horrible. Trying to exchange my order can't get in touch with anyone. Tried leaving a review there's always an error.

Do not download I literally canceled my subscription when I noticed it required me to shop on SHEIN. I checked my bank account and see not only the original 14.99 subscription charge but another two random 19.99 charges.
App is a nightmare to use and shipping takes for ever.
The search is a joke, you look up “gothic dress” and all it will show you are the bright white holiday dresses and sets. And shipping takes months. I ordered a dress from here a couple of years ago and it look 4 months to get to me. Event the dress was for already passed, and the dress was so flimsy, like a cheap Halloween costume

Barely received on time due to USPS! I don’t recommend using the postal service for delivery.
But we loved the outfits we received and I will definitely be ordering more. We got lots of compliments on our outfits and they were true to size!! The boots fit great and were very comfortable.

Disappointed
I made my order and it shipped to Melrose, Illinois, October 23 and it’s been there ever since I have paid for my order but I have not received it yet. I wanted to order more stuff but I am leery of doing it because I can’t get what I’ve first originally bought.
Impossible to return
I have had the worst experience with this app to return this order that isn’t even what I ordered.
Low quality clothes for outrageous prices
Returns possible but not easy. Poor customer service. Over priced, low quality clothing and accessories.
Good in theory, not in practice
Took two weeks to get confirmation of order. Took my money, said it would be shipped when they had product. 5 week delivery time.
Not responsive
Not responsive and app is confusing. First page shows order has shipped and second page shows sold out. I can’t get a reply either on email or phone I guess put it down as fraud I got scammed dammit
Spam that you can’t get rid of!
After not using the app for a while I opened it to have a browse, then the spam emails started after only opening the app and browsing. The spam emails don’t always have an unsubscribe button, those that do take you to a website to unsubscribe which achieves nothing as I continued to receive their spam after attempting to unsubscribe 3 times.
I have deleted my account and removed the app, pity, as the clothing looked nice.

Great app for mobile shopping!
The dresslily app works great! It’s super easy to shop, scroll, and wishlist items. Maybe a little too easy 😅 The app is intuitive to navigate and use; I tend to prefer shopping on my dual monitors but when I want to lay down on the couch and peruse the latest sale items, the app is great!
Great clothes but having minor issues checking out
I’ve loved every piece I’ve gotten but lately I’ve been experiencing some issues when trying to checkout. I have all products I want but as soon as I go to “place order” it doesn’t register. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but I hope it works.
Great styles, great price and great quality
There are so many options to choose from in regards to styles, something to suit everyone and every occasion! The clothes are true to size and with constant deals going on you can get some great items! The quality is great and in some cases I have been shocked at how great the quality is for the price I paid!
Customer service is always quick to respond and very helpful in any situation, I love shopping here and would recommend to anyone looking for good prices and great styles!

Should of gotten 70.00 in refunds cause I didn’t get a large shirt or the matching pants but they don’t refund 🤬

There’s no escaping the influx of shopping apps and companies popping up from nowhere it seems nowadays (wow I’m feeling old)…having gone through the standard ‘let’s google this n check it’s legit’ I was definitely reassured that all was well…and was pleasantly surprised at the app, simple to use, offers and a vast variety of clothes (although children’s section wouldn’t go amiss haha) I thought I’d try it out, really loved (and still do) the unique/not-your-typical-high-street style clothes in particular. I’m now on my fifth order and with added points and discount options the prices go from good to extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.
