We would like to kindly clarify that canceling a subscription turns off automatic renewals for the future so you won't be charged again, but it does not automatically reverse a charge that is already pending. They are based on the data and preferences provided during onboarding, which you can always adjust in the app for a more personalized experience. Do not buy. This is the biggest scam going. They intentionally put add ons after your payment without confirming your payment is processed so you think you’re approving the original purchase then they refuse to refund the payment. I only realized I was charged for an additional item from my bank statement. I wouldn’t be surprised if they made this review a 5 star as soon as I hit submit. Do not fall for their unethical business practices.
