i ordered a dress from here, the sizing was ridiculously off and the quality of the dress poor, i got a refund in which i had to pay for a shipping label, when the refund was complete they took even more money off for “shipping”, insane i’ve never had to pay for those things from any good quality and reliable company, wouldn’t recommend

Ordered 3 prom dresses. All lovely, good quality and great prices much cheaper than the same in the shops. Kept 1 and returned the other 2 no problem although the refund did take a little a little while. It does say this on the website. I would definitely use them again and my daughter has passed the details onto friends.
