The App has not been updated in five years. This device keeps going off line. There have been several times when I haven’t been able to login to the app. The instructions included with this product are poorly written. There is no guide for trouble shooting problems and no tech support is provided. There are several feeders that look identical to this product but are branded with different names.

It was a fantastic feeder with a great camera feature but 3 years ago it disconnected and it won’t connect again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple time to no avail. Going to have to throw out such a good machine. What a waste of money as I only had it for 10 months when it stopped working.

Not very good
Very often says “cannot connect/device offline”. Sometimes eventually connects sometimes not. All other wifi devices working it’s just a terrible app. The feeder itself is so so, camera is poorly aimed so you can’t confirm it actually works. Would absolutely not buy again without some fixes.
I wish
I wish the app would notify me when it distributes a feeding. Sometimes the machine turns, but nothing comes out, & I wish the app would tell me when a feeding dispenses so I could check the camera & make sure it actually spit out food.
Was great until recently
Has worked great for about a year until I went on vacation and the feeder disappeared from my app. Luckily I had someone coming once a day and they could feed them. I looked at the lights from another pet camera and the connection lights indicated I should be connected. When I got home, it was actually putting food out but the app didn’t recognize I had anything connected and had to set it up all over again.
