Works pretty well
This app and feeder have worked for us for over 5 yrs. Sometimes the pre programmed feeds don't appear when I open it but closing and restarting seems to work. Otherwise, works as it should. Camera is nice too.
Was good, now nonexistent
Went on vacation last month 6/2025 and the feeder keeps saying “abnormal” in the app. Had to bother my neighbor to come over to feed my 2cats, while I was gone for 2days. I think I’ve done an update lately in the app and now my machine doesn’t work at all! Quite disappointing, I HATE HATE having to throw stuff in the landfills. But that’s where this is heading as without the app it’s useless for feeding! Alas, it still works as a glorified camera. I Bought this in 2021, so I guess I got a decent amount of time out of it?

Another junk app and product
Worked for 6months at lower internet speeds
Not worth it
The feeder itself is fine, but it runs off of an app that looks untouched since the itouch era of 2010.
Generally good app but…
Notifications are no longer received by other devices when feed is dispensed, so our dog could be overfed by other users if the feeding log is not checked first or not warned if no food is dispensed due to blockage or the feeder is empty. Still no change even after deleting then reinstalling app. Please sort out.
