Bad app. Don’t use to buy beers
Paid and purchase did not register in app. Complained and now I was told it take 14 days or more to revert to my card. Speechless
Unfulfilled Promises and Disappointing First Experience
As a first-time user of Drinkies, I was eager to try their promised convenience of fast beverage delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The delivery was not only late but drastically so, making me question why the app even bothers with delivery time promises they clearly cannot fulfill. The lack of delivery riders is a serious issue that Drinkies needs to address. Customer service offered little more than empty assurances, which only added to my frustration. This was my first and definitely last time using this service. It's a shame to see such potential wasted on poor execution

As somebody else said very buggy. Virtually every time I try to use this application it crashes or is not able to deliver what I select. This combined with so many items always being out of stock makes this portal for ordering alcoholic beverages in Malaysia a waste of time.
Otp problem
Can’t receive otp number for registration, it send through whatsapp which is very inconvenient for those who do not have whatsapp.
Not user friendly
The app is laggy, maybe you guys should invest more into your app dev and maintenance. Increase capacity or scale up your server during peak hours, this will encourage users to interact with the app more. No users like contacting support during a night out drinking. Do better please.
