Not reliable!!!

Used this company a few times & it’s always been alright until today. Pre booked a taxi well in advance as it’s my daughter’s prom. Half an hour before the taxi was due I got a message saying taxi cancelled! If I’d of known that this is something the company could & will do I definitely would not of booked with you for such a special occasion.
So because of being let down at such short notice & no other taxi’s available & no other way to get my daughter to where she needed to be, my daughter missed out on her prom. Devastated isn’t the word.
