You can’t get anyone on the phone. We you need a matter to speak of importance. They do not respond in a timely manner on the app.
Horrible code
I’ve been locked out of my car for hours because of their trash code and horrible maintenance of their app. Very low quality service.
Worse app ever
Delete the app bring back phones cause ya boomer of a car rental company is trash
Fire the staff
They are all rude and never help the drives, if the owner of the company don’t do this, American lease will be bankruptcy by 2025.

App does not work. I believe it’s on purpose to get you in the office.
