You can’t get anyone on the phone. We you need a matter to speak of importance. They do not respond in a timely manner on the app.

I’ve been locked out of my car for hours because of their trash code and horrible maintenance of their app. Very low quality service.

Bad service
Wait too long, costumer service extremely bad. People are on their phone or talking to each other while costumer are waiting. Don’t go there
Hidden charges when you will return the car
As per contract, they told me that i have to pay weekly rent and if i want to return a car i need to tell them one week before through app. I followed the procedure but they charge me $120 extra because there app has some issues and it does not give the exact date when your week will end.
Their mistake, their app have issue, their fault and still they steal $120 from my account. Guess what! They don’t even pick your call.

You'd have to be pretty stupid to make any payments through this app for the $8 service fee they charge...thieves!
