Lacks drivers
Considering that this company also runs one of the most popular and widely food delivery apps, it’s a shame that this app appears to have fallen by the wayside as the app seems to lack drivers and their support seems to be unresponsive. This app is one of the most well designed and straight forward apps I’d love to see more effort put into acquiring more drivers to make ride sharing more efficient and safe as right now it takes ages for a ride to be confirmed.
Also, Safety Suggestion: apps like uber sends a 4 digit code that the rider and driver must verify before the ride can begin this is something I’d love to see one of our ride share apps implement.

OTP code not receive
I’m using Australian sim, tried 10-20 to resend OTP code, no luck.
Best app and best drivers in TnT
The app is not as intuitive as Uber but it definitely gets the job done. Real time tracking, driver info, price estimates...it’s definitely the safest and cheapest way to get around Trinidad.

Excellent service
I used this for the first time a few days ago. Very convenient, very smooth service. You can choose to pay with cash or card. It works pretty much just like Uber, but you’re supporting a local entrepreneur.
Better than Uber was
Now that Uber has left Trinidad, Drop is the only option. But the app interface and drivers are better than Trinidad Uber was, so Drop is not just good as the only option, it is good on its own. Don’t be discouraged by the low ratings, Drop is the best thing to get you from door to door in Trinidad.
