Poor app layout
I can’t hit the three lines in the top left corner to bring up any details related to my rides. Unbelievably poor app layout
No drivers in the area (San Fernando)
There is always no drivers in the area. I’ve been trying for the past three hours and I don’t get a taxi.

Hi, ensure you’re choosing a ride type with available cars. Usually the ride type with faster on it will get you a ride quicker. You can always reach out to our support team for assistance.
More drivers
At any time of the day you can get a driver within 15-20min oppose to the competitors.

This review has been edited to reflect my later experience.
After a buggy startup the app was deleted and reinstalled. Seemingly a glitch appeared for some reason. The app is working perfectly and was able to take my first ride.

Just bad! But not surprising for T&T
Downloaded to try to get a ride as opposed to using public transportation. App is buggy and bad! After selecting pick up point I select destination. App has trouble finding destination. When it does it deletes the pick up point. After re-setting the pick up point the app doesn’t advance destination selection screen. I guess its public transportation once again for me.
