Great

Worked well with no issues. We were in the city though. So no issues getting rides

No drivers in the area

This app is awful. I haven’t been able to get a driver in the area for the past two hours.

Frustrating

Takes far too long to get a ride, even with multiple cars in the area on the map completely stationary. You can tell they ignore the requests. Unwilling drivers= less people would use your service.

I recommend this service, the team are efficient with communication and do their best to accommodate.
