Beaucoup de bug jamais capable d’avoir une carte cadeau les jeudi à 13h et j’ai plus de 50$ qui traîne sur cette app depuis plus de 2 ans. Impossible de ravoir mon argent.

Can never redeem. Now app won’t open. Hundreds of dollars not accessible… even when app would open, it would not allow redemption!
Need a class action lawsuit
This company steals. The app has not been working for two weeks for me now. I have tried on and off for about 2 years now lol no joke to try to redeem my over 40k in points and it’s always crashing or the claim they’re already out of gift cards for that day. It’s ridiculous. The app is terrible. The company is terrible and we need a lawsuit to get what we deserve.

Fraud now
The app does not work as advertised. I want to go on record that I too have over $200 worth of gift card redemptions that I can not aquire because the app does not respond and tells you to try again over and over. Something legally should be done.

I’ve had this app for a few years. Every time I try to redeem points for gift cards, it says they have all been sold out.

Starting to think it’s a joke
The app has now gotten to where it will not open. The rewards system is very frustrating. Yes, you “earn points” but getting rewards for them is ANOTHER story. Good luck with that!

Horrible app!! You rack up points without physically scanning receipts; however, can only redeem in once a week lottery!!!! App has been “busy” for last 2 weeks so far and can’t even try to win my $$$$$ I have $100.00, but can’t redeem my $. Multiple emails to Drop and no response!! They have used my personal info and purchase info, but can’t get my reward. When app is up and running, still never win gift cards to cash in my points. Always says “just missed” try again next time. This happens within seconds of lottery opening!!!!

02/11/26 Literally here to echo myself again and everyone else. It does not work. Click app Support, I dare you, haha jk it doesn’t work either. It is a scam. App hasn’t actually been able to open and load since the new year. “Too busy”. I’m sure. Too busy scamming people.

Rarely works lot of spam calls
Rarely works lot of spam calls not easy to cash out or get any real rewards and they “freeze” the app so you can’t delete the account to stop all the spam calls

I tried to make an account on two different occasions and the “continue” button doesn’t work. Cant even get past the log in page.

This app has been horrendous for years now. It’s been completely unusable this year. Every time I open the app it says “The app is busy”. The developer website listed in the App Store’s app page leads nowhere. They’re suppose to make gift cards available for redemption on Thursday at 12pm CST and it never works. I connected financial banking accounts so that I could earn points through the app and all the points I accumulated I haven’t been able to use because the weekly Thursdays gift card drop is a scam. I’ve had a reminder on my iPhone to be ready for them for multiple years now because I want to liquidate $85 worth of points I have and can never accomplish so. And now I can’t even access this app. The developers also don’t respond the support email they once did. This app has been a scam. They gathered my data in exchange for points that could be redeemed for gift cards and those gift cards never were truly available.

App is down-Feb 5,2026
Haven’t been able to redeem any gift cards for more than a year. I have accumulated points I cannot redeem. It used to be good where I would accumulate points from shopping at specific stores and redeem anytime. Ever since the rule was changed to only redeem at 1pm on Thursday’s, I’ve never been able to redeem any gift cards. I always get an error saying to try next week as all gift cards are sold out.

App used to be awesome easy to trade in rewards. Haven’t been able to redeem for months now. Hasn’t worked for me now in about a couple weeks. I cannot login.
