Terrible customer service
Avoid at all costs! They have horrible customer service and if you want to return they will issue u a gift card instead of returning your money and in my case I lost my card and they wouldn’t deactivate and reissue a new one despite my invoice had the gift card number. I wish I never spent my hard earned money in this store and went somewhere else where they had much better processes and customer service. There’s many other options in Dubai, better spend your money elsewhere.

App is broken on ios
On selecting product and in the next step the address while placing an order, continue button still remains greyed out and is not letting me proceed to the final step of submission of order.

Cancel order!
They decided to cancel my order without notifying me! i was waiting for nothing! and now i have to wait for 3-5 days for the refund!! i wonder they really do a refund.
Delivery is not fast and will ruin your plans!
They are using aramex for delivery which takes time. I ordered 3 days ago and it is not coming yet. Dropkick really suits their name as you will drop your plans if you order from them.

Worst app ever scam
This is really a very bad app trust me u ordered a Nike from the they charged me 300 aed and after that they send me wrong shoes size and when u call the customer care nobody answers your call App Store must delete the app to avoid people getting scammed
Not good quality
I can only write my experience of their product which is quality is not good.. i have air max 1 combination of black leather with white fabric,when i wash it the black color lether is fading and leaves a stain on the white fabric. Really not worth it.. you will really know the quality of the shoes once you washed it

The app doesn’t update the orders list after a product has been ordered. The delivery time is too slow. Apart from that everything’s great!
