Terrible customer service
Avoid at all costs! They have horrible customer service and if you want to return they will issue u a gift card instead of returning your money and in my case I lost my card and they wouldnโt deactivate and reissue a new one despite my invoice had the gift card number. I wish I never spent my hard earned money in this store and went somewhere else where they had much better processes and customer service. Thereโs many other options in Dubai, better spend your money elsewhere.
